Review: I have taken clothing to this consignment store for a couple of years now. It was originally located at the [redacted] address you have listed - but then moved to [redacted]. The lady who runs the shop has always been very friendly and kind, so it pains me to file this complaint. BUT - The last time I drove clear across town to drop of some more items and collect my earnings she suddenly changed the collection day to "only the 15th" of the month. So, I couldn't collect. Then I came back in August....(15th) and I was told that she doesn't do payouts in August or December because her sales are usually down then and she has to pay rent and expenses then. So I left. it's been a while since I was last in and I went by the store to collect (on the 15th - not in August or December) and the store should have been open according to it's hours on google. But it was closed. I asked around and people seem to think it might be closed for good. (But the building didn't appear vacant.) I never received any kind of phone call to let me know that the business was folding so that I could collect my earnings or my items that I had been trying to retrieve for a good year already. (The 15th doesn't always fall on a weekday when the store is open.)

I have tried calling - number has been removed from goodgle's info. I went by the store & no one was there. I have sent the owner a fb message because I have contacted her in that manner before. no response.Desired Settlement: I'm not so sure her record keeping was the best. When I last visited (on a day other than the 15th) - I was told I had about $45 waiting....and I dropped off many more items. By my guess I figure I am owed close to $100. How can I get this money that I am owed for my personal items sold through her store?

Review: I took clothing items to the consignment shop to sell. The original contract stated that I could collect money any time except during December. I went to collect for clothing sold, then the owner changed to only paying on the 15 th of the month. Then it had to be a certain person working to pay. This has been since Sept 2015. I went last week to collect the final amount and the worker said that accounts had been closed, sent to her accountant, that she had no records in the store and she would contact him and call back. No notice was received stating that the store was closing accounts. No phone call has been received.Desired Settlement: To pay money owed.
