Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to methe offer was made to me to receive only a fraction or portion of the cost of the cost of the license from the salvation army, & I would have to get the remaining balance on my ownthis is when I go to the (dps) dept of public safety's location and the fill out the form to bring to the location completed, then I could get a signed check toward the purchase of the license so I said when i'm able and my schedule don't conflict i's do it then go to minnesota's (dvs) drivers vehicle service location to do that when I have time not right away though, the time I had given was toward the beginning of march possiblythat was it,so i'll see what happens, thank you again mr [redacted] ***sincerely,n [redacted]

Subject: Fw: Letter Received - [redacted] *** complaintIn response to the letter of 4/13/18, we will reimburse the donor for the damages as we always doA claim was made with our insurance company and these things take a bit of timeIf a check comes within days, that is quite timelyAfter being assured that she would be reimbursed, the donor made a complaint the very next day. What should have happened is that the men should have let the donor know that they could not remove her couchIn trying to go above and beyond to be helpful, they have cost the organization money instead of receiving a donation to support our free drug and alcohol rehabilitation program___________________________Herb R***, CaptainAdministratorThe Salvation ArmyAdult Rehabilitation Center [redacted] ***###-###-#### cell___________________________

and he was not homeless, nor had any of his housing utilities shut off or threatened to be shut off.  His request to have us pay for his upcoming CDL license renewal did not meet the criteria for a crisis.   We assist individuals with securing a State issued identification card for employment or educational purposes, and only after we send a letter to the employer/School to verify the need.  When Mr. [redacted] was asked for the reason as to why he needed assistance with renewing his CDL license, he indicated that he in fact did not have a promise of employment which would require a CDL license. Mr.[redacted] became upset and disrespectful to me and my staff when he was told to wait for the appointment phone call and refused to leave the building when asked. Review: I found a recliner that I wanted to purchase for my husband for his birthday. The recliner had a white tag on it with the price. I pick up the tag and took it up to purchase it. After I bought the chair I came the next day to pick it up and they refused to give me that chair because "the chair was marked wrong". Not only would they not give me MY chair but they wouldn't refund me my money. I showed the lady a picture I took of the recliner to show her the white tag that was on it from the day before but she refused to look at it. She was very unknowledgeable and didn't care what I had to say. I am ashamed of the Salvation Army to rip people off like this. That same day when I bought the chair the cashier rung my one piece of clothing up wrong too and was going to charge me $10 extra dollars! I was able to finally get the $10 back for the clothes that I bought but am very mad about these people not giving my chair or money!Desired Settlement: I WOULD like my recliner chair that I bought. If all else I would like a refund and an apology because I am not shopping there ever again!

Review: On July 31 14 I was in a accident at the Salvation Army. I was struck by a forklift that was speeding and stacked with milk carts. The reckless driver did not see my car until it was too late cause a collision. The forklift rammed in my whole rear passenger side. The supervisor on scene assured me all damages would be taking care of once the insurance was notify. I was taken away on scene by a ambulance to ER. I since then have been prescribed norcos and have been recommended to do physical therapy. The company since has completely changed there story and refuses to accept liability to what has happened to meDesired Settlement: I want a pay out for the damages to my car and as well the medical bills from receiving treatment. I also feel I should be compensated for my personal injury
