Mid May 2019 contracted for electrical service upgrade, paid $875 in advance. Upgrade necessary to replace existing broken air conditioning. Work to be completed 1 - 2 weeks. After repeated cancellations, reschedules and excuses, work remained unstarted end of June 2019. I was forced to get another contractor to do the work ( for substantially more money ) in to get a/c functioning. Continual requests for refund have been dodged, although partial refund of $350 was received approxearly Oct. Repeated inquiries have resulted in more excuses and promises of follow up unfulfilled.
Originally agVOLUNTARILY reed to split restock fees on parts ordered ( although no roof or billing was provided me to substantiate any such expenses on Terranovas part. Due to lack of performance I question whether I wish to honor that offer unless absolutely necessary
