Sal R never sent copy of my income tax papers to me. Never responded to my emails or phone calls. Despite many attempts to contact him and learn about his apparent “disappearing” behavior, I have learned nothing. I have used his business for decades.
His office phone is now disconnected. I have contacted IRS to explain my late payment
