Mr [redacted] has completely insulted me and has, apparently, not read the complaint as he is accusing me of fishing for free merchandise. I brought the issue to the attention of three people and no one helped in an acceptable way. Offering me a terrible dessert to make up for a $70 meal that I could not eat was ridiculous. Also, suggesting that I wait for a another meal, after my husband had been sitting with an empty plate for a while, was silly. I didn't go to a restaurant to eat alone.I asked for a refund for my plate, I could have asked for a full refund but I did not. He wanted to give me a gift card which means I would have to spend a lot more money. Then he wouldn't let me pick it up from the restaurant. How childish.What a shame that he ran his father's business into the ground.

When Mrs [redacted] rudely came in she goes I want my $100 back this was mis advertised. I go how she goes I wanted $100 free. Long story short we would be out of business if we did that. And we have been running this promotion for 3 years in the 3 years I have not had such a rude individual....
We did refund her money and we did sell over 3000 gift cards I feel bad someone wants something they in their head did not read the advertisement. Attached is an advertisement It clearly says buy $100 on the bottom get $100 in gift cards she wanted it all on one gift card. We give 4 $25 gift cards and it has been the best promo in town. Thank you for understanding this lady was just one of those people that really did not even want to listen.
