I took my car to the above name repair shop in March of 2019. At that time Ari the shop mechanic told me I needed a fuel pump after installing the fuel
Pump I was told that wasn’t the issue so more diagnostic had to be done and I was told I needed an ECM module I paid the shop over $2200 for this repair on Dec 27 2019..I called Ari explained to him the same problem that I was having returned I was told the towing was covered under a warranty and Salvo brothers then had my car that afternoon on that Sam day I was told I needed a fuel pump it would be ready on 12/30/19 I called the shop because I didn’t hear anything at that time I was told the part didn’t come in yet..On Tuesday afternoon 12/31/19 I received a call that the fuel pump wasn’t the problem and that he would have to do more testing and that would cost me for the fuel pump and further diagnostic I explained it would be unfair for me to be responsible to pay for the part and more testing because this is the second time you missed diagnosed the car. I was then told by Ari he usually borrows equipment from another shop and that shop closed early due to the holiday so he would have to wait until they open because the equipment he had must not be equipped to read the problems in my vehicle. I then questioned the repairs that were done in March since he admitted about him borrow equipment this time just to diagnostic on the car...On 1/2/2020 Ari called me and explained to me he didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle and that it would be best if I took it to the *** dealer. I asked Ari if he could give me sometime because I wasn’t expecting to be told he didn’t know after being told the fuel pump that was installed I would be responsible for and also the towing because the warranty company won’t cover it because the problem isn’t with the part warranted through them so I then stated well Ari you don’t know what’s wrong with the car and you can’t tell the warranty company And did my car even need the repairs you did in March 2019
