diagnosed and found the problems to be the trunk pocket was not correctly functioning with a broken pin and the window regulator for the right-rear window (passenger side) was only opening 2-inchesThis diagnosis was completed with a diagnostic computer (Exhibit 2).11/13/- *** *** was provided an estimate for the repair and decided not to proceed with the repairShe collected the car (Exhibit 3).1/16/-Ms*** returned the vehicle to Sam and ***'s to conduct repairs due toweather conditionsThe right-rear passenger window was now all the way down and would notgo up (Exhibit 4).1/20/16-Ms*** took delivery of her vehicle with a working convertible top after Samand ***'s arranged a payment plan.2/18/- miles later, *** *** returned to Sam and ***'s with similar problem presentingAt that time, her vehicle had milesWe diagnosed the car at no charge assuming the repair was under warranty, and found that the problem on the vehicle was now the left-rear window regulator was inoperable, meaning that the window would not wind down(Exhibit and 7)The right-rear window that was worked on was still functioning properlyBecause the left-rear window was not working, the convertible top would not operate at this timeJohnathan and *** both took the time to explain to *** *** that her convertible top was not working because a different window regulator was now not working*** also offered *** *** to obtain a second opinion, and if the second opinion determined the problem was caused by the work previously conducted, Sam and ***'s would pay for the complete repair.Convertible tops on modem vehicles like Mercedes and other European brands rely on 10-variables including computers, controllers, switches and the window positions an working in synchronization for the top to properly operateIfthe problem had been the right-rear window regulator, the repair would have been covered under Sam and ***'s month I 24,mile warranty on the previous repair. We are sympathetic to *** ***'s complaint and would like to see her concerns resolved

To add to the respond , I would like to let you know the statement from Sam and Joe's is not correct that they fully fix the problem , since after repair the top nor the window never been touched or use due to the winter weather , so how can have another problem ? Also when I had the car in the parking lot for them to check it , while testing I seen all the window was going down just indicator was showing something not right in the trunk and they saw it too . Of course as a woman its easy to believe what ever mechanic says but I knew it must be something has to do  with not properly fix the first time since the top never been used . Also after reading some more review about them , looks like I am not the only victim .  The fact is even though they charge too much , I was ok if they did a quality work but they want to charge me again . Please help me with this matter . Thank you
