Sam Auto Sales

This Dealer is sold me a car that are unsafe to drive , The dealer refused to acknowledge the issue in the car I purchased even though I bought with it extra warranty.

work a couple of years and been doing financing. Then [redacted] came and said "Let me work with you and I would sell as many cars I can just let me work there, at Sam Auto Sales. [redacted]  (Me ) the owner of Sam Auto Sales said "Yes but let me check with people to see what is your things about you ". We Sam Auto Sales ( [redacted] ) asked about [redacted], But we decided we would not hire him. Then [redacted] kept on coming to Sam Auto Sales mostly every single day begging to work. Plus wants to finance a new car for himself to finance. So he went and test drived a car and he also  got the car information. [redacted] said I don't have that much credit, and no income. SO I said, I cannot finance this deal. [redacted] said I can fix this deal just let me do the paper work. So we told him I cannot let you do the paper work. Then he  asked to borrow $1500 because his daughter was getting out of school and need a car but the car that [redacted] wanted to give her had issues for [redacted] to fix . [redacted] also said in the future when you hire me I would return the money back to you from my monthly salary. When [redacted] left with the money we called him after 2 weeks and told him "No we cannot hire you so please return the money back to us." Then [redacted] said  " I can not return the money yet because I need to find a job and get a salary to pay you. But since you don't want to hire me then wait. So we called his cousin that let us meet [redacted]  "' [redacted]". told him to tell [redacted]  to return our money because he is refusing to return our money. [redacted] said that [redacted] work in an taxi in San Fransico, Why did he even ask to work in Sam Auto Sales and also borrow that money. So [redacted] called [redacted] and told him return the money to [redacted] ( Sam Auto Sales ) because [redacted] is a good man and don't do this to him. After a couple of days. We talked to [redacted] for the second time, and [redacted] talked to [redacted]  and [redacted] only deposited $1000. Then we spoke with [redacted] after a couple of days and told him we still owe [redacted] $500 more. [redacted] got mad at [redacted] and told [redacted] return the rest of the money !. After a couple of days [redacted] deposited only $200. Then there was only $300 left. When there was $ 300 left  [redacted] kept on saying tomorrow, next week and till right now he still has not paid that amount of $300. And still refuses to return that amount and also  tells other people that Sam Auto Sales is a bad business and bad person so do not ever buy or do business with Sam Auto Sales.

I am rejecting this response because: All of the accusations [redacted] made about me ([redacted]) are false and fabricated. All of my involvment with [redacted] is exagerated. I've met with him three times in my life, and not more than an hour total.  The only times ive been with him is when I picked up my car from his shop, when I took it back to get it fixed, and when I picked it up again after he did the smog and tint. The facts are; I never once have borrowed money from [redacted]. All that was ever between him and I was fixing my car. Mr. [redacted] forgot that my car was towed to his shop, the one thousand dollar deposit was done after that. [redacted] forgot all of the text messages he sent me which I have about the car. He forgot the fact that I towed my car from oakdale to San Francisco, after I picked it up from him. He forgot that he gave me the receipt from the smog shop. He also forgot the text that he had sent me about the money for the smog and the tint. He is using Mr. [redacted] as a witness as to someone he spoke to about getting "supposedly" the money he had loned me. [redacted] is willing to testify or send you a letter rejecting all of his involvement regarding [redacted]s story. This man, [redacted], he never ran my credit. He has no idea how my credit background is. I never asked him to be part of his business. I have two daughters, they both have brand new cars from two to five years ago. They are in no need of a car from [redacted].
[redacted] is nothing but a liar and a cheater. With his response that will be good enough for me to take him to small claim court after this claim. I appreciate your time and effort for helping me.

Review: five months ago I towed my car to sam auto sale to get my car fixed .I got a call from sam the owner telling me that the engin is gone and it well cost me 1300 dollars ti fix it and he wanted the money in advance so I put 1000 dollars in ti his acount and

told him I wellpay the the rest when I pick up the car which I did when I picked the car. pluss another hunder dollar for new battery. the car was shaking alot after I took it home I called him and he told that he cleaned the engin and he wanted me to clean the sprak plugs which I did it coast 50 dollars at diffront shop .when I picked up the car I was told by MR [redacted] that he order the cable for the hood of the becuase he broke the cable. I took the car back to sam auto sale and replace the upper cinser from the old engin to the new one but the car still shacking and also did not install all the part right inculding the AC .MR [redacted] refuse ti fix the car or give the six month warrenty on the engin and pay the money I paid to other shop for fixing thw hood cable and cleaning the spark plugsDesired Settlement: I need the warrenty on the enginand fund me the laber he charge me which it was 400 dollars and 170 dollars for the cable for the hood and cleaning the sparg plug and fix the Ac . thankyou
