I first would like to know where a business can go to complain about a customer? This woman would call the office and scream and swear at our employees. She also came in to the office screaming and swearing. We do not want her to call or come to our office any more. I would also
like to point out a complaint should not be filed with misinformation. The unit was not going to be an ** as I explained to *** because we have been having a lot of issues with **. We were given no help from ** when their products didn't work properly thus costing us money. Mrs*** was told that it would be a *** unit and the quote which she signed stated this information. I believe it would be easy to notice the difference between ** and *** on the quote. I was also never told about her elderly father not being able to use a *** unit. *** told me that her father does not even like air conditioning and the unit was being installed for her to use after a days work. I would also like to point out I believe the home is only used in the winter because the water gets turned off in the community. Another thing I would like to mention is that I told her about the rebates as I do every customer. The rebates must be filed by the customer not us and she was also told this. She was told *** rebates are some times greater then ** as well. The email information was most certainly sent, we want all of our customers to get their rebates. All rebate information is available online. I will not continue to respond to Mrs*** who had been extremely unprofessional. Screaming and swearing at people is no way to get anywhere. I take extreme offense if you allow someone to to post such inaccuracies.Thank you,*** *** jr

HiI would first and foremost state that I have never been to Mr [redacted] office ever.. I had sent an explicit email with no response.Mr [redacted] has never called me ever to discuss this matter. No email was received regarding email to date. He can forward this to me their convenience.The unit installed was to be used Year round. We use for heat and ac as was stated. My elderly father wants to come to house weekly and use the heat so the ** model with the jet mode rapid heat/cool mode as requested. This was not installed, a lesser quality unit was installed at a higher rate. I currently had a [redacted] model that is a 9000 watt unit installed with all the features tha I requested. The unit was 2800$ compared to the unit that was a 1200 at 3500$ with none of the features I requested. This was never addressed or discussed.As for the home we have records of our use year round, we are on a private well and cistern so again Mr [redacted] is lying as he did by stating that I went to his office and yelled. Again I don’t know where his office is and have yet to receive any return email or phone calls.I still want email for the rebate as requested initially.I really should be upset on how he ripped me off but that is obviously what has been done.Please have the email for rebate as it was never done.
