Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] HiI would first and foremost state that I have never been to Mr [redacted] office everI had sent an explicit email with no response.Mr [redacted] has never called me ever to discuss this matterNo email was received regarding email to dateHe can forward this to me their convenience.The unit installed was to be used Year roundWe use for heat and ac as was statedMy elderly father wants to come to house weekly and use the heat so the [redacted] model with the jet mode rapid heat/cool mode as requestedThis was not installed, a lesser quality unit was installed at a higher rateI currently had a [redacted] model that is a watt unit installed with all the features tha I requestedThe unit was 2800$ compared to the unit that was a at 3500$ with none of the features I requestedThis was never addressed or discussed.As for the home we have records of our use year round, we are on a private well and cistern so again Mr [redacted] is lying as he did by stating that I went to his office and yelledAgain I don’t know where his office is and have yet to receive any return email or phone calls.I still want email for the rebate as requested initially.I really should be upset on how he ripped me off but that is obviously what has been done.Please have the email for rebate as it was never done Regards, [redacted]
