He's a thief!
Sam won a ebay auction that I was running, it was a vintage tube Amp that had been in my family since the 50's. I sent him the Amp, only to have him say that it was damaged and he wanted 75% of the money he paid me back, so that he could 'Fix' it. I told him to send pictures of the damage, he refused. I started a insurance claim.. He refused to cooperate with the shipper. Then he filled a claim with pay-pal. They didn't want to hear anything I said, they told me that he was sending the unit back, via US mail. (Funny, he Demanded that I use Fed-ex when I sent it to him!) So mailman brings box to my door and rings bell and jumps in truck and was gone by time I to the door.

As soon as I seen the box, I knew something wasn't right. I opened it up. and inside was an old beat up stripped bare amp chassis, it looked as tho he had found it at the bottom of the east river. Oh, and no padding or anything but the vcr box he threw it in to ship.. but he did send back my face plate.. after he bent, or should I say folded it in half. He had told me the first time we talked that he had a face plate that looked brand new, and he was going to put it on my unit.

I was in shock when I seen what he had done. First thing I did was take pictures and then called paypal. They told me that he had returned the amp, case closed. Oh yeah that and that they took out $400 and change out of my checking account.

Over the years since I have been tracking Misshula aka bionicspinnner.. following his trail of theft, fraud and many other crimes committed on unsuspecting people. There are dozens of us! And just when you think that there are no more victims.. You find a whole thread of them at the 8mm forum. Hopefully, by us telling our story, It will save someone else from being ripped off by that sm lowlife sam e!

I had a Fujiscope SH-30 projector that needed repairing, so I called Sam. He told me he could fix anything and even make parts for the projector. He told me it would be $250.00 plus $50.00 for shipping. The main problem with the projector is the light would not strike. When he got the projector, in the next day he raised the price to $500.00. Long story short, I got the projector back and it worked for about a week and then the light will not strike. This guy is a cheat, liar, bad business man. I thought something was wrong because he did not want to take PayPal for payment. He would not give me a reciept for his work. When you talk to him on the phone, you can't get a word in because he is constantly saying "Go ahead, Go ahead". He does not fell bad about cheating people and scolds you when you point out problems with him. I wish he lived down the street, I would visit him and have a very serious conversation. What an AS to deal with, so don't deal with him.

Paid $350 for projector repair...Misshula went ahead with repairs WITHOUT notifying me of estimate as promised. Yet, I paid.I received back a projector with more defects than before! Called Misshula and he wouldn't stand buy his work. All he wanted was more $. I see other people have had the same problem. BEWARE..USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Review: Statement regarding [redacted] fraud-------------------------------------------1) Purchased a projector on [redacted] that was represented as refurbished and in undamaged condition. Receipt is Exhibit 1.2) Projector arrived with damage, in spite of substantial padding. This means damage was preexisting, not caused by carrier.3) I contacted seller regarding the damage and seller replied. See Exhibit 2.4) Seller subsequently failed to provide part to repair preexisting damage and refused to make compensation.5) Seller has made false statements to [redacted], which led them to remove negative feedback about the transaction.6) Seller maintains that he has no responsibility because projector was modified after it was received. I find that argument absurd. The damage is cosmetic and is easily repaired by seller providing appropriate part or funds to purchase part. The damage existed when the projector was received, and was not caused by the modification. We proceeded with modification specifically because seller indicated a willingness to make good. He is now using the modification as an *excuse* for not providing the repair part.Desired Settlement: Please cause [redacted] to make good on his deal and provide the necessary repair part, or compensation sufficient to make necessary repair. Please disregard [redacted] disingenuous claims that damage is due to modification, because the damage existed when the projector was received.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

Re: Complaint ID# [redacted]

I am responding to this claim. I sold an EIKI model RT-0 16mm sound movie projector on [redacted]

to [redacted]. I packed it extremely well and shipped it to the address which was supplied by his [redacted] account which I thought was his address and was going to be shipped to him. It turned out that I shipped it to a third party for modification for the projector which I had no knowledge about. Three weeks later I received an e-mail through the [redacted] e-mail messaging system from [redacted] stating there was damage to the projector. I was told by the modifier that the back cover was damaged which he didn't notice until after he completed his modification. The modifier was unaware that he was receiving this projector for modification. I received a telephone call from [redacted] asking how I was going to resolve this. He opened up a dispute with [redacted] which [redacted] found in my favor because the projector was modified and I was not notified until 2-3 weeks after he received it. A UPS claim could not even be executed because he threw out the box and they need the box for inspection to put in for a claim. [redacted] found in my favor because it was shipped to a third party for modification without my or [redacted] knowledge that it was going to that person.[redacted] stated to me that I was totally in the right they and removed the negative feedback he left for me. When [redacted] called me on the telephone he offered me the modified projector back and I stated I would not take it back modified. He was very nasty and hung up on me. I do not feel that I was negligent at all regarding this most frustrating transaction.

Thank you very much for your understanding. Please confirm receipt of this e-mail.

Sincerely,

+1
