Sam Edelman

Review: I purchased a pair of Sam Edelman boots from the [redacted] location in end of July 2014 while I was on a vacation in New York. Within a day the front of the shoe separated from the sole. When I got back to Canada I contacted customer service and was told the only thing they could do was reimburse me for the cost of getting the shoe repair. I accepted the reimbursement and mailed them the receipts for the repair shortly after. It is now April 2015 and I still have not received the reimbursement. Each 6 weeks or so I have followed up with them and am continuously passed off to another customer service agent and am told I will be receiving the reimbursement in the mail shortly. This has been going on since they confirmed that they received the receipts for the shoe repairs in September yet I still have seen nothing. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience with any physical or online retail store.Desired Settlement: All I ask is that I receive the reimbursement. I will never be buying another Sam Edelman product again and will advise others not to do so.
