We had them come out to fix all of our toiletsCharged us close to $for 1st visit which we were fine with Just HOURS after they left, the problem was still there for 2/toilets! I called right away & they were very rude on the phone! Instead of sending someone different out 2nd time, sent the same guy out (who we found out had ONLY worked on Industrial jobs) & never worked with household jobs! Great Not impressed they didn't fix it properly the 1st TIME! 2nd visit here a long time & only fixed of the toilets Then he called the owner & had the nerve to charge us for a 2nd visit! 2nd bill close to $too, so now spent $and toilet still not fixed!! Now our water bill will be high as we still have to flush toilet times to make it flushSeemed like a simple fix to usWish they had sent someone qualified What happened to "customer service." We SHOULDN"T have to pay a 2nd bill when they didn't fix it properly the 1st time! Crazy! *** Over charges & doesn't guarantee their work!

Once again Harb and Sons Plumbing came through for us. We have called Harb and Sons for the past couple of years when we've had certain plumbing issues and they have always been professional courteous and reasonably priced. This time we had a challenge for them. We had just purchased a sink and faucet from [redacted] Long Weekend Sale and although we loved it, we knew the fit was going to be very tight in the cabinet space. Without hesitation, we called Harb and Sons for the job and were pleasantly surprised to learn that although they were very busy, they would come out that same day. Long story short the sink looks beautiful (with fractions of an inch to spare). Thank you so much for such a fast and professional job. Once again a very positive experience with your company. We will not hesitate to recommend you to all our friends and family!!
