Review: I am currently the president of our homeowners association and we contracted them to do some major road repair to our road. We had them come out to our neighborhood in Hanover last June to do a project that cost just under $20K 3 places were spot repairs that have crumble some before winter weather and worse afterwards. On the bottom of their bill it states that the work is guaranteed for 1 year. We waited for the weather to break so we could have this repaired for the summer season. We called them week of March 24th [redacted] said she would have [redacted] come out on Sat. March 29th did not hear from him. We then called again week of April 7th and he was to come out on Sat. April 12th did not receive any info again. I then called again on Tuesday, April 15th to leave a stern voicemail that they needed to contact us so we could have these 3 areas looked at and know what would be done before we have our meeting in May. Yet again NO return call. On Tuesday, April 22nd left another message that they needed to make the effort to repair the work and look at the areas he said this would be the last call, if we did not hear from them in 24 hours we would make other phone calls.Desired Settlement: Back your work and come look at areas to let us know what can be done - for goodness sakes call your customers back - the only reason we received a call back the first time was you thought it was going to be a new job. Now we cannot get any Customer Service from you to acknowledge our complaint or look at the areas to see what could be done to repair.

They came back out to our road and repaired on Monday, June 16th. Obligation has been met by the company.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Review: I hired the company to pave my driveway. They did it, however two days after completion, I noticed that water was puddling in many different areas. I called the company and spoke with [redacted], one of the owners, and asked if she would ask [redacted], the other owner, to call me. He did not. I called four more times within 7 days. The phone was never answered so I left messages on the voice mail for [redacted] to call me. I wanted him to come and look at the driveway to see what could be done to remedy the puddling. As of today, I have not heard from them.

Now, three weeks later, the sub-base, which he put in, appears to be failing.Desired Settlement: I would like the complete area where the sub-base is failing to be removed and a proper base installed with new black top installed with proper drainage.

[redacted],Thay have responded to me. They made an attempt to fix the puddling water areas. However, they have not fixed the situation to my satisfaction. There is still a concern about the tire indentions that are being made in the asphalt as it is driven on. I am haveing another paver come look at it on Friday at 1 PM. [redacted]

Review: The Companies owner was paving the neighbors house, he entered my property without permission, he entered my drive way and my side yard, he did damage to my driveway, I have a sign posted no trespassing, but he enters my property without my permission and did property damage. I called the company spoke to [redacted] one of the owners who proceed to cuze at me on the phone and said they weren't even on the neighbors property. They were there sign was posted on her yard. I have tried to call the Insurance company with no results. They sent someone out to take pictures only after it had rained for more than a week. I have pictures of the driveway when it happened but again I have tried to call the Insurance Company with not results. The company is affliated with the Revdex.com and I can see why, I would suggest that anybody who needs paving done not to call this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the damage, we are getting ready to sell the house and the concreat all broken up and damaged doesn't look goood and the new owners will have to pay for something that was the companys fault and refused to take off.
