The claim was submitted to [redacted] in late May. We have asked them a number of times the status of an inspection at the [redacted] house without much success. Could we have been a little more diligent in pushing for a response, absolutely. We will take blame for that. Since this was a product...

quality issue, this is [redacted]’s warranty ( Sam Kinnaird’s is responsible for the installation warranty).
 
I must say, after looking at the pictures, I have never seen a situation like this.
 
I have gotten in touch with the regional manager for [redacted] on this and I will assure you I will follow this through.

The complaint was that the consumer kept getting unsolicited junk mail. We only do Private Mail invitations twice a year with Stainmaster Carpet. The company that handles the invitations and the mailings is [redacted] which is located in [redacted] West Virginia. When we receive a request from...

a consumer to be taken off the mailing list, we send them the attached letter which usually takes care of the problem. Somehow, it did not take care of this consumer.We Contacted [redacted] because the consumer said her letter was returned as being undeliverable. Unbeknown to us, the address was changed.
