I explained to the business that I got a unfit for sale letter from the Vet as well as spending $on the purchase of the dog and $I'm Vet feesThis does not included my older dog who got [redacted] as a result of being in contact with the new dog I purchased and the results was my older dog got [redacted] I felt a $settlement was fair because I have spent over $on both of my dogs in vets costs and $on The purchase price of the dog but they turned down my settlement offerThey offered me $as a down payment or $If I agreed to sign a notarized letter that I would not take the to courtI refuse the $offer and said I would ? $as a down payment but I do expect as less $more before I settle but the business has not got back to meI guess they feel they did there part to settle this with $but that is not a fair amount based on what I spent ? ? ?
