policy is that after 3 weeks from the the time of the first service the customer is then ready to schedule there next service appt, if [redacted] called us within the 3 weeks we would of been more than happy to come out at no charge and do a respray, Our product that we use last up to a month ,I am partially responsible and normally tell all our customers about our policy.we are a small business here in [redacted] and been doing business for more than 23 years here, and we always go above and beyond the call of duty.I did call [redacted] Wednesday Sept 2nd, 2015 to make things right and offered to come out to his place at NO additional charge and spray his place as long as we had the understanding in the future if you call after 3 weeks from the original time of service there will be a service charge, [redacted] said no and that he was going to call someone else.This was the first time that someone has turned us in to the Revdex.com, or even turned us in to anyone.thanks for your time , owner [redacted] sam the bug man

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
