Because when I brought my *** 530I to Sam's Auto CareI've told him that the car was hit in an accident and that the transmission light came on*** told me that it's probably because the car was at a standstill and that's why the transmission was affectedThe appraiser from *** *** *** went to The shop and checked out the carThe appraiser and *** had agreed that the car's transmission malfunctioned due to the accidentI will attach a copy of the apparaisal with ***'s name and address.. The appraiser sent me an email with a quote to fix the transmission for 35444.50, I called *** and the first think he said to me was that they will fix the car and that I shouldn't sign a note giving him right to collect the checkI asked him how much are they giving and he told me 5,000., then I said to him, very interesting because they sent me a quote for but he told me that was wrong and he will talk to the insuranceDespite me signing the rights for him to collect the check, the insurance sent it to me anyways.*** told me that he found a transmission, that it has 60,miles on it but he won't start fixing the car until he gets all the money, then during the conversation ***e told me the transmission has 64,miles, I've asked him which is right since he told me two different numbers, he got upset and told me that I called him a liarAnd he wouldn't fix the car until I payI told him that I didn't feel comfortable giving him all the money until the car is fixed due to his behaviorSo I agreed to give him half of the and gave him the rest after I got the car back *** claimed to the Revdex.com that I gave him deposit but then he told the State's attorney General's office that I gave him two hundred dollars depositI will post a screen shot that as well I've asked *** for receipts he told me that the insurance still have to pay him because there's a balance of dollars but now he's saying 281, he said maybe I should pay him instead because he won't give me the car until it's all paid, I've told him that you saw the check they sent me and even took a screen shot of it, why did you have to overspentWhen I picked up the car I asked for receipts for the transmission work and receipt for the money I paid him, *** refused and told me that he will send it to the insurance and I should contact them, but when I called the insurance company they told me once they send the check out they are no longer responsibleI've told *** that what the insurance told me but he said he's not giving me a receipt. I took the car with me *** was forcing me to sell the car because he feels that the car will give me more problem but before I gave him the job he told me it was a great car fix it and keep it I took the car home and the ***e night the transmission light came back on, "transmission Malfunction" and the next day as wellAnd so on., I made sure to take screen shots of the problemI went back to *** but he told me the transmission is fine, n I must change the tire on the passenger side and do oil change, I've told him your website says if I get my car fixed here I get a free oil change , but *** told me no he's not doing itSo I listened to him and I went to get my oil changed and the tireAnd the transmission malfunction sign was still coming on, I kept calling *** but *** would pick up the phone and says ***'s is not there or his workers would say the ***eI went back there *** looked at the car and told me that it was fine, the light won't come back onTwo days later the light came back onI've asked him about the warranty and for him to change the transmission and he told me used transmissions has no warranty*** even hung up on me and said to stop calling his shopThen he stopped answering my calls, one day I told his employee that I would take him to court if nothing is done, *** finally called me back and told me I am threatening him and told me that I was horrible person for reporting him to the Revdex.com.. I have proofs and other innocent people like me who knows nothing cars reaching out to me and telling me how ***'s Auto care has taking advantage of them and he never gave them receipts that's y they can't take him to court. When I told *** that I was going to take him to court , his reply to me was go ahead because you have no proofsIt goes to show you he does not give receipts for a reason And I never asked him for help I've told him that he needs to fix my car because what he did was unfairI've been going back and fourth with this man for months nothing was solved until this day Attached are screen shots of proofs

In October 2015, Mr*** *** an owner of *** series with over 143K mile came to my shop complaining about the vehicle not shiftingWe checked the problem and found the transmission no goodThis car was purchased at auction as isWe presented a couple of senarios for him, per his
decision we decided to go with a used transmission with a day warranty presented by the used yard partsAbout four weeks later, Mr*** showed up at the shop with the trac control light onWe road tested the vehicle, found the transmission shifting properlyWe noticed and advised Mr*** to replace his rear bald mismatching tires as they affect the proper vehicle functionHe implied that he will take care of itA month later, he called again with the trac light back on (still showed up with the bad, bald tires) and the check engine light onWe diag the car found, PO300, Pand PO174codesRoad test and smoke test systemNone of these codes transmission related transmission still shifting properlyOn the first week of March, he called threatening with his lawyer and wants to sue ushe claims after parking his car up on a hill for two weeks the reverse is not workingWe advised him to bring the car in so we can check on itThe next morning, Saturday at 8:am, he called and said he took the car to another garage and they told him the transmission was no goodAs we speak, he is still the car around with no problem to the transmissionHe filed a complaint to the Revdex.com and in the ***e time he is asking me to help out with the vehicleWe originally gave him an estimate of 3481.00, he paid deposit and another payment he still owes that he never paidHe collected Please note, after he bought the car at the auction, he claimed that someone hit him in the back and that resulted in damaging the transmissionHe still owes us moneyThe day warranty supplied by the used yard parts is overhe is trying to harass us, extract free work from usThank you
