I have been coming to Sam's for a full year now I found the place by chance for an oil change, and was immediately blown away by the quality of the customer service Joe is the gentleman who walked me through a comprehensive schedule of regular maintenance, since my car was at the 100k mark All of the times I've been here, there have not been any surprises, nor have they ever used unnecessary technical terminology It is (unfortunately) rare to find this level of honesty and integrity in the business world Highly recommend this pace to literally everyone
