Dear ***In response to MrRichard M*** of Sams Auto Sales And Parts regarding my complaint Attached are the documents that were sent to *** *** with *** *** explaining the situation Upon reviewing the documents the agreed to refund $1,000, the also contacted Richard M*** for a refundThey have banned him from further auctions Mr*** (***) was displeased with his response! MrM*** never offered to buy back the car and has threatened court several times! If you could contact Mr*** *** with *** Auction ( my bidder ID ***) regarding this matter it will clear up the facts.Thanks*** ***

To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to the complaint against usFirst off I would like to say that we have been in business since As far as this *** goes there is no way that there is that big of a difference with those engines as they are the very same block with the ***
having a longer strokeWe have done nothing to the car since we bought it from *** *** ***If you look at the receipts it plainly states that it is a *** with *** heads. Mr*** has already received $1,back from *** *** as *** is sticking with us in this matter***'s rules for buyers says that before you bid on any auto in the auction that you need to check the car out thoroughly to make sure that is the car you wantAlso vehicles at these auctions are sold as is where is so on that alone we are not responsible for him not checking the *** out before buying itI am sending a copy of ***'s buyer rules and also stating that we have not misrepresented the car in any wayWe also offered to buy the *** back but Mr*** wanted much more than what he paid for the carWith that being said, his accusation of us not taking responsibility is completely unfoundedI do believe that Mr *** is a scam artist and is only trying to make money where there is noneHe also had ample time to check out the car as it was at the auction from July 6th until the auction on July 9thI can also show that he paid a lot less than what the car is actually worth. At this point and time Mr*** has had the car long enough that he could have made changes to itAs have found if Mr*** wants to claim a difference in price then he is the one that owes us the $2,as the *** is actually more expensive than the ***So at this point I will be counter suing him for attempting to slander my company name, and if I need to go to court Sincerely, Rich M***

ok here it is in a nutshellif Mr*** wants to continue this we will go ahead and take it to courtif he would learn to read it is clearly stated that it is a class *** not ***so at this point we will just go ahead and take this to court so a judge can rule on this
