Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My payment was not days past due and I will send the receipts I told [redacted] about the problems with the car before any payment was past due He picked up the car when pay was days past due I called him several time before and after he picked up the car for repairs, and he refuse to take my call I was approved to drive with Uber and Lyft and could drive because the vehicle was unsafe He sold me a vehicle without an inspection which is illegal and then got someone to say it passed inspection after I had the vehicle several weeks and there was a light on the dashboard signaling a problem Can we something is fishy? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I find it offensive that Sam's Discount Auto would deny knowing meI have a recording of the owner speaking with meHe told us that [redacted] is not an employee of his but that he will fire himHow can one fire someone if one is not an employeeIn the recording he says that [redacted] fixes the carsAlso the day that I confronted [redacted] about my car he brought out a car FROM THE LOT that I could use which I rejected because I did not want another car but my ownHow can a non-employee do that? Also, as stated before, my brother worked alongside [redacted] and agrees that [redacted] is the mechanic of Sam's Discount AutosThey have lost my keys and they still refuse to pay for the replacement of themNot only that but [redacted] (their mechanic) cut a hose in my car which you can hear my brother explain in the videoI want the refund, my keys and an apology Regards, [redacted]
