Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do however, have a few follow up comments to the business in questions: The only truths to their response is:1) The reversal was extremely dragged out and 2) They did send me a gift card for my "troubles" Never once did anyone from their side (Sams Food or ***) mention disputing the charges through my bankHowever, my bank did advice me to do so and I did about a week or so after the error occurred but it was not because of any conversations I had with [redacted] or Sams FoodWhile the bank covered the money we lost with this vendor my other issues were: 1) This shouldn't have happened in the first placeHad we not been paying attention our entire bank account could have been drainedThink about it - $for just gallons of gas...that would have added up quick2) Refusing to respond to my inquiries on the status of my refundStarting with Tracy of Sams FoodBy the time [redacted] got involved and I had any solid communications with anyone over a month had already gone by with no answers or solutions3) Taking over months and several excuses to refund my money So I guess yes...technically the matter is resolved and I have learned my lesson...don't do business with Sams Food or ***Thank you (and the Department of Consumer Protection) for your help in this matter Sincerely, [redacted]

RE: REPAIR ISSUES / [redacted] In response to [redacted] According to [redacted] own account the tree at issue was “living and healthy” and at no time was CCO, LLC put on notice that the tree posed a danger of falling and at no time did the tree at issue seem to be threatening to fall and there was no way CCO, LLC could have avoided or prevented the tree from falling This Act of God (“big wind storm” through [redacted] own account) was unavoidable and unfortunately the responsibility and liability for the removal of the fallen tree and any related damages from the fallen tree resides with the property owner located at [redacted] However, notwithstanding the legality of the fallen tree and responsibility and liability therefore, multiple staff member of CCO, LLC spent time and energies to field [redacted] calls and investigate the issue of the fallen tree To that end, CCO, LLC went above and beyond all reasonable expectations in responding to [redacted] ***, and although [redacted] did not like the answers she was getting from CCO, LLC; CCO, LLC went an extra step and provided for an estimate to have the tree removed Furthermore, in the spirit of goodwill and cooperation, CCO, LLC offered to split the cost for the tree removal with [redacted] ($225.00) but this offer was immediately rejected It should be noted that [redacted] offered to have her husband remove the tree at a cost to CCO, LLC of $65.00/hourThis was rejected by CCO, LLC as completely unreasonableIt is an unfortunate situation (the fallen tree) but CCO, LLC acted with immediacy and responsibly and takes issue with the Revdex.com post from [redacted] entitled “Repair Issues” as unsound and baselessCCO, LLC remains willing to split the cost for the tree removal up to $Respectfully submitted, CCO, LLC Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:I do not feel that I should have to be financially burdened for their tree to be removed from my propertyIt is their treeThey were very quick to repair their fence (broken by the tree) and block the view of this monstrosity laying across my yardOver the past years living here I have complained to them about the poor state of many of their trees and broken tree limbs that gather in our yard on a regular basis, garbage they do not clean up that is left to blow into my yard, plastic, lottery tickets, candy wrappers, empty bottles, broken glass from people throwing bottles over their fence into our yard and so onEvery spring we do a very large clean up of all the accumulated items left behind from their parking lotWe have put in many hours cleaning up after them because they refuse to do soDuring my recent phone conversations with them they have left me not only feeling frustrated but also insulted by the lack of importance they have given to this issueHowever, they did give me many reminders of how ineffective our conversations were and a minute by minute reminder of how long we had been speakingDuring one of our conversations MrK*** stated his time was to valuable to research this property so I should get them maps and proof that it is there propertyAt that point I went to the town got a copy of their map and I sent them a copy of my surveyed plot map and was told that they questioned the legality of my map and doubted it had been professionally doneThey then stated they would have someone come look at the treeI did not hear back so I called again the following week and was told not to contact them they would respond in writingAs far as their claim to my stating my husband would clean it for $dollars an hour that is incorrectI stated that if my husband had to take time off from work to clean up their tree I did not feel it unreasonable for them to compensate him his hourly rate of $per hour for the missed time from work because our time is just as valuableI have included a copy of their registered letterIn our years here we have been almost daily customers of this business.This has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed and unwilling to support their business in the future We have never asked them in all our years here to pay half our clean up bills I do not feel we are being unreasonable in asking them to step up and remove their tree from our property

would like to respond with a few factsTracy S*** is not with *** *** She is employed at Sam's Food head QuartersWe at head quarters contacted ***, who stated a full refund would be issuedThe issue was turned over to another staff member at Sam's Corp who was in full contact with Kathryn through out this whole processThis reversal with *** was extremely dragged out and troublesome as they kept processing the reversal inappropriately on ***s behalf not the stations or CorporateMultiple times Kathryn was given the option to notify her bank of the issue and to dispute the charge which would have immediately put the funds back into her accountKathryn was refunded in full for the over charge and was also given an additional *** gift card for the inconvenience
