I called Sam's movers for a same day move, I found them online and was a little nervous because I had never really heard of this companyMrSam reassured me of his experience and quality of work, the movers arrived in a timely manner and were very friendlyAs anyone moving or has moved may know, it's stressful but the movers were very friendlyThey worked at a steady pace and took care in wrapping my furnitureWe had two stops one to the storage and then to my home and they got the job done no problemIf anyone is sceptical of reviews such as myself trust me you won't be disappointed and unlike other movers there are no hidden fees and no "just because you schedule fee" I RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE AND I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN...THANKS GUYS
Totally unreliable, had a confirmed move 4/2/at 10amI got a call about that the would be late due to rainThey would be there about this totally through the schedule off but totally understoodAt 12:I called again and he said they would be late they would have somebody call me in five minutes to give me an ETA I never got a call I had to call a mover to come move us because we had to move that day the second mover showed up in minutes and there was no rain I still have not gotten a call from Sam's movers I would not recommend using this moving company for any reason they do not even have the decency to call back
Sam's Movers have taken complete care of me now for moves Their customer service is great, and I will be using them again on my next move I have confidence that they treat all their customers in the same manner Sam and Lee are very respectful and both know how to get the job done while working with the customers needs
