When sams roofing inc did the *** roof we installed extra vents, extra 6ft of ice and water (at no charge) because the Nowaks had prior ice dams before we installed new roof (pictures to be sent)
I did speak to *** about installing heat tape but you can not install heat tape properly when there is inches of ice on roofI sent my crew forman over to *** house to inspect the dormer flashing and shingles everything was fineI also met *** and her husband at there home to cut grooves in there ice dams to relieve the water(pictures of ice dam grooves to be sent) at no charge.Sams roofing inc was there on two occasions to resolve this matter and even met and spoke to both homeowners in personto say I did not follow up on the *** home is misleading
