Dear Revdex.com,I wanted to confirm that we received this complaint The customer had called to cancel and told me of her situation, I informed her that we would be there to pick up the equipment on her delivery day 11/ The driver said that nobody was there when he arrived I informed [redacted] of the status, I let her know that he is a new driver for us and asked her to leave the equipment with the management office so that we can pick it up from them and she said that it would be ok to do that if we could not get it from her at her convenience Then we received this notice; I am not sure where the disconnect is We did resolve the issue, the equipment has been picked up, she has a zero balance and we have closed her accountRegards, [redacted] [redacted] cell [redacted] ** ***
