My college, Waheed Tajik spoke to *** ***, Billing Supervisor at Denville Associates on 5/18/He referenced a conversation on 5/10/in regards to this matter and received the original fax request on 5/9/at 6:15pmAt that time he had discussed with Ms*** that he would look
into this matter and resolve this immediately and she indicated that they will await my responseMs*** told him (on 5/18/2016) that her collogue sent the information to the Revdex.com on the same day as she was not aware of our conversation of 5/10/She further indicated that they have received the payment from HUMC and the issue has been resolvedI requested that the Revdex.com complaint be redactedPlease call *** *** at *** to further discuss this matter
