To Whom it may concern,We received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint that was filed 8/23/2016 requesting a response back. We went ahead and contacted the customer resolving the issue, and they are happy and presently still a customer making their monthly payments to us. The complaint...
consisted of her giving us money as a partial payment for services. She thought she was being scammed, and we stole her payment of $1000.00. We did at the moment provide a solution, and are still working with the client, and she is still making payments to us. The client was unhappy and had her=Son write a negative review, but our customer service department went ahead and resolved the issue. We were not aware of the complaint until we had received the letter from the Revdex.com in the mail. Even though, it was taken care of the clients son never went ahead and removed the complaint. We do hope that this written response will change our "no response" status as well as our business status to a higher rating. If there is any more questions or concerns we will be happy to cooperate.
