Samaritan is currently researching this information. Our office just recently Jan went on line to verify that these patients had an updated referral/authorization on file, but were unable to locate the updated information that MrR*** states in his complaint. Once we
have contacted ***, we will update with new information.Melissa

I am currently researching some previous requests from this patient in regards to some coding concerns and benefits from his insurance regarding 100% coverage of services. Account balance has been placed on hold. If the patient is found to owe this balance, he will need to contact SMC to set...
