I am rejecting this response because:  This matter is a waste of time . Yes he came out on March 14,2014 and coated the roof. Never knocked on my door and was here  maybe  a little over an hour. Yes it has leaked since and I would not call him back if my life depended on it. Four time to call him back to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. I think is a bit much....   I am unemployed and my husband has been ill, so at this time I have no money or time to purse this matter . he is a bad business man and we have been taken by this man and no longer wish him to fix anything I will take my business else were. nothing will happen to him for not repairing  it right or the inside of my house so why bother... thank you to the Revdex.com for helping me but it is a waste of your time and mine cause he is a bad business man. Review: On three different times we paid Samartino roofing to fix a leak in the roof on the left side of roof.Where it had leaked into the bed room.The snow storm where we received 12 inches of snow the roof leaked again into the bedroom and also into the dinning room below.I called a different roofer and he shoveled all the snow off my roof and took pictures of the roof where it can be seen that there is no silvering coating on my roof.( I called a different roofer cause Samartino does not go on the roof with snow,wind and rain.)I called Samartino roofing and spoke to a Mr.[redacted] Samartino and said my roof was leaking again and he told me that it was the snow and it is all backed up and frozen.I have heard the reason several times.And still not fixed . We have paid him on several occasions to fix the problem. I feel if we pay him to fix it should have been fixed. And the has made more problems to the inside of the house, that I guess he's not going to pay for.I feel if it was repaired correctly the first time ,Then the problems would not have happen to the inside of the house, Again!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to ensure that I get the roof repaired correctly and repairs made to the inside of my house for a job not done.Due to poor repairs.
