The dining room table is on route to Florida and will be delivered on July 10th or July 11th A representative spoke to Mr [redacted] earlier in the week with an update on the delivery and he confirmed that the delivery dates were okay Our driver [redacted] will be completing the delivery and will reach out in advance to give them a final time the evening before the delivery Again, our sincere apologies for any trouble or inconvenience caused

I spoke to the customer on 3/2/prior to her delivery. Customer requested to hold back some funds and only pay a partial amount since a few of her items didn't fit onto the truck and would be delivered on a separate truck. We agreed together, that she would hold back a portion of her
payment in the amount of $to be paid once the final delivery took place. To be specific; of the items on her inventory, she received all but items. In other words, 93% of her items have already been delivered and 7% (items) will be delivered on or before 3/11/2018. Again, we profusely apologize and sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused and advised the customer that the remaining items have already been loaded onto a truck for her final delivery

I spoke to Ms*** on June 14, and confirmed that the dining room table is in our possession I acknowledged that the movers accidentally forgot to load the table from storage in Skokie, Illinois and that we would get the table to her as soon as possible Her husband, *** ***
then contacted us on June 17th and said he would be the contact moving forward from this point I apologized to Mr*** as well and told him that I think the earliest possible delivery date to Florida would be the end of July I followed up with pictures of the dining room table top to Mr*** on June 22nd to verify that we are indeed in possession of the dining room table top Mr*** and I have been in direct contact and I have assured him that I am now in contact with the owner and we are working diligently on a solution to deliver the table top as soon as possible Sincerely,*** *** GM***

I am rejecting this response because: there is nothing to be gained by this back and forth with Golan's It is clear the Revdex.com is only facilitating this communication and not engaging to make a meaningful contribution to the discussion Golan's is in breach of our contract for its failure to deliver our complete shipment in the time provided for in the contract

I am rejecting this response because: To rent a high end table that seats to people would cost more than $which does not include a deposit which they would requireAnd we have no reason to believe we would be reimbursedWe were lied to about the original quoteWe were lied to the day they delivered the rest of our things when they said they have trucks going to Florida all the time and we would receive it soonWe were lied to when we were told the the owner found this unacceptable and was looking for an expedited way to get the table to usAnd my educated guess is we are being lied to now when they say we will have the table by the end of July

In response to Ms***'s complaints; first and foremost, we do regret that a portion of the items didn't fit onto the original shipment and that she was stressed and inconvenienced. As soon as we realized that her shipment was over the weight of her original estimated weight, we contacted the customer to let her know. Also, when there were items that didn't fit onto the truck due to the fact that their shipment was larger than anticipated, we let her know immediately. We agreed to deliver the remaining items on our next available truck to her area. She was informed that the remaining items were patio furniture and some loose items. We did not provide an exact list and informed her that the items were immediately being loaded onto the next semi heading to her area. When she discovered that her rugs were part of this shipment, she demanded that we send these items overnight; however and regrettably, we were unable to honor her request since these items had already been loaded and were on their way to her destination. When our driver arrived on 3/with the remainder of the items, the movers requested the final amount of $which was the balance due. Ms***'s husband refused to pay, saying that they were told the balance was waived which was not true. The husband told them he didn't want the rest of the items and would not be paying the balance due and the movers were asked to leave their premises. Approximately an hour went by and the husband called back to say that he would pay the balance due and could the movers return. The movers returned and delivered the remainder of their items.Considering the previous events and as a good will gesture, we waived the re-delivery fee which is typically anywhere from $to $500.00.As I explained to Ms*** during our original conversation; once all of her items were delivered, we could revisit all of her concerns and address them accordingly; which she agreed to at the time.
