I ordered a puppy from a seller on Fb and she sent the puppy via this company and they keep asking for money and bit delivering my pup and saying they are going to put me in contempt if I dont pay 800 dollars after already paying 250 to them.

Refund I would like my money back and the puppy deliveree as they said the money is refundable. Or I just want my money back and the pup can go back to the sender and the sender can send my money back as well.
