Was assured I would receive a refund of $299. Two weeks later I still have not been refunded despite multiple attempts to contact business.July 28 I called same day appliance repair regarding my dishwasher. Two individuals assessed the appliance and stated what parts and labor were necessary to repair the appliance. The repair associate asked for a phone payment to the office of $364. The cost was for the diagnostic visit, parts, and labor for the repair scheduled for the next week. I found out that one part needed was under warranty but I had to use a different Samsung designated repair agency in order to not have to pay for the part. I called this business on August 1 to cancel the upcoming scheduled repair. I was told that I would be refunded the full amount minus the $65 diagnostic visit fee. Ten days later I have still not been refunded. The agency has not responded to any of my multiple attempts to text, e-mail, or call. All three phone numbers I have say "the customer you are trying to reach is on the phone" no matter when it is called. The address of their office is publicly listed as "Raeford" without any street address. It was easy to get ahold of an employee to ask for services but I have not gotten any response from any of my multiple attempts via multiple types of messages for the refund owed to me. They did not repair my machine. I only authorized the charge of $364 with the verbal assent of future services. I had to use a different agency per Samsung's warranty policy. On 8/25/2015 KRB Appliance Repair arrived at [redacted] to service our commercial stove. Immediately I knew the technician didn't know what he was doing, because when I took him in the kitchen he replied "OMG this is one of those big stoves". He proceeded to look at the oven and said he would have to call his supervisor. While talking to the person on the phone he told him what was happening with the oven and the person tells him to order and igniter switch. He informs me that he will have to order the part and will contact me when the part arrives. I directed him to come over to our administrative office to collect his $65.00 service fee. About 2 weeks passed and I called KRB to inquire about the status of the part and the lady who answered the phone couldn't tell me anything. So she had the technician to call me back. He states that he had not ordered anything because he didn't know the model number of the stove. I called him back and gave him the model number and still today (October 6, 2015) no part. On October 2, 15 I called back to tell them that since we have not received a service we would like to receive our $65 service fee back and she became very rude. KRB Appliance Repair is going around ripping people off without providing a service. They are collecting a service fee and pretending to order a part and never following through to complete the work order. We would like our money back. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!","neg-3

This business Same Day / KRB Appliance Repair, was used by [redacted] to perform third party appliance repairs. A technician was sent to my home on 10 June 16 to diagnose a problem with a dryer. The determination was to replace the door latch to better secure the door during operation.
The part was received by their office and he returned on 18 Jun 16 to install the part. About 15 minutes after the technician left, I notice the dryer would not work and the drum light not longer works when opening and closing the dryer. I contacted the technician immediately and informed he of the issue. He stated that he did not touch the drum light and the machine was operating when he left. he then said I may need to call in another work order with the problem. After 20 min trying to figure out why the machine was not working (I have wet clothes from the washer to dry), I had to slam the door HARD before the dryer would work.
I called the Same Day office on 20 Jun multiple times before someone answered the phone, that person hung up on me while I was explaining my issue. I called back several times before someone else answered. I explained my issue and was told they would have a technician return the next day (21 Jun 16 between 1-5pm).
On 21 Jun 16, the technician called at 1:35pm and 1:39pm, I missed both calls but returned the calls 6 times from 1:50pm - 2:30pm and was not able to leave a message either time. I called the Same Day office at 3pm and was told that they would contact the technician. I was not contacted by anyone by 5pm and no one answered the office phone.
I had to contact [redacted] Customer Service and they finally got a person in the business office to answer the phone. My repair was rescheduled for 23 Jun 16, which I declined and informed the [redacted] representative of the poor customer service with this business.
It has been a very bad 11 day experience dealing with this company on my [redacted] extended warranty repair, and the dryer is worse now than before the repairs.

I set up a repair visit with [redacted] to have my ice maker repaired and this company was selected. They called and set the appointment for Tues 10/4/16 from a time between 1-6. No one called or showed up. I actually called them only to get a voice mail before 6pm. Upon setting the appointment I informed them that someone would be there to let them in as it is an extreme inconvenience to not have a set time or an approximated ETA. The next morning as I was leaving to go to work the Tech. calls to inform me he is in the area and can come by between 8-12 today. I informed him of the prior arrangement and he stated he called and no one answered so he did not come by ( LIE). So I asked if he called from the same # he was calling from and he said yes. I informed him that there is no record on my phone indicated he called or left a message. He then informed me they cant leave messages and continued to argue ignoring my complaint or any logical reasoning as to why he really didn't call or show up. I then called their office only to get another very unprofessional person stating that I should have indicated that someone was home even if the call did not go through. NO THEY SHOULD HAVE INDICATED THEIR POLICY and also not accused me of not being available. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be calling [redacted] to make sure they never put them down to provide another service for me. So they are suppose to be replacing the ice maker and we are now waiting on parts. We will see how long this takes or if there is any follow through. Nasty Attitudes and no regard for people who work and have to take off half a day for them not to show up!!!","neg-1

No response or follow up from this business concerning a job I had them do.On 6/10/2015, I called KRB Appliance repair to come out and fix a leak under the refrigerator in a property I own [redacted] Dr). The repairman came out on 6/11/2015 to fix the issue. Once he was finished and relayed to me that the problem was an overfilled drip pan under the refrigerator which he emptied out, he said the bill would be $65. I agreed and said I'll pay over the phone with a credit card. He stated to me that he did not have his credit card machine and could I text him my credit card number complete with expiration date and 3 digit code. I promptly told him no, to which he replied with, "its ok Sir, we don't play them type of games". That of course didn't assure me my credit card information was secure, so I called the company directly and paid over the phone. Once the bill was paid, I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me that day; my card was charged but the receipt never came. It still hasn't come and I've called and complained on 6/12/2015 and on 6/15/2015. On 6/12/2015, my tenant in [redacted] Dr. informed me that the refrigerator was still leaking and could someone come back out and fix it again. This was friday evening after the business had closed. I called them Monday, 6/15/2015, to come back out to which they said it wouldn't be possible till the next day. The next day came and noone came out or called. I called them on 6/17/2015 to see why they never called and I was told that they attempted to reach out to me but my phone kept going to voicemail. The number they had for me was incorrect apparently, even though I had given them my information on the initial call. I asked if someone could come out that day as this was still a problem that wasn't solved in the 1st place and also could some send me my receipt. She said the person who handles the receipts was out and no one could come out till tomorrow. I said I needed to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge as her tone of voice came off as annoyed or in a hurry to get me off the phone. A man named [redacted] called and apologized for everything that had occurred (including me not getting my receipt) and said he would get a Senior Technician out that day, 6/17/2015, to fix the problem and he would contact my tenant directly. He contacted my tenant but couldn't get someone out till the next day. The repairman came out and according to my tenant said there was nothing he could do and left it at that. However I got a voicemail from [redacted] saying that it could be fixed and to call back about ordering parts. I called him back immediately and left a voicemail and I haven't heard back from him since. I called the company again this morning, 6/22/2015 and voiced my displeasure to a once again annoyed voice on the other end and was told someone would call me about my concerns. I've used this company a few times before and never had any issue with them at all so all of this has come as a shock and a very disappointing surprise. I do not appreciate the aloof attitude of the staff, the rude manner in which I am being ignored and the fact that this has gone on without the refrigerator being fixed.Desired SettlementI am seeking that my initial $65 payment be refunded to me or that the business finish the job to 100% satisfaction. Homeowner has my direct number and when I spoke to him, he gave me another workorder to complete for him
