In response to MrsA [redacted] complaint, We would like to start off by apologizing for any inconvenience of a misdiagnose on a repair we may have made regarding her applianceWe take full responsibility and we are more than willing to refund MrsA [redacted] for the trip fee she paid to our company and also pay for the repairs she says to have received by another service companyWe did try to contact MrsA [redacted] to offer our apologies and our willingness to pay for the repairs but we were hung up on and not allowed the opportunityWe hope that MrsA [redacted] sees this response and allows us the opportunity to make things rightIt is our practice to take care of all of our customers in and outside of their home and if we made a mistake we want to do everything in our power to make it rightWe thank our friends at the Revdex.com for allowing us the opportunity to respond and MrsA [redacted] for her timeMay God Bless You all in AbundanceSame Day Appliance Repair Houston

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, I do want to note that I did not 'hang up on' a caller from Same Day Appliance".
I am out of the country. I did receive a call yesterday from a company I understood to be "Sears Appliance Repair". I did not hang up on the caller. I advised that the timing was not good.I will return any call from Same Day Appliance once I am back in the US.

In response to Mr. [redacted] review, When we went out to Mr. [redacted]'s home to look at his dishwasher, it was because the dishwasher was not draining due to broken glass being stuck in the filter,located near the flow switch of the drain pump. We explained Mr. [redacted] that we can clear the lines and the...

filter located near the flow switch of his drain pump for our technicians standard labor fee of $135.00 plus tax. Mr. [redacted] approved this and our technician cleared the glass at the filter.  20 days after our original service Mr [redacted] called back stating that he was having issues with his dishwasher again, our technician then went out and upon arriving Mr [redacted] explained that he had taken apart the filter, as he watched the technician do and stated that everything seemed cleared. Our technician revised the dishwasher and notice that the flow switch was tripped. So our technician reset Mr. [redacted]'s dishwasher for him at no charge. This issue with the reset switch had absolutely nothing to do with our initial service. Approximately 15 days later Mr. [redacted] called us to go back to his home on his tripped switch again, our technician reseted the flow switch of his dishwasher again at no cost. 14 days later Mr. [redacted] called back again stating he was having issues with his dishwasher  and we went back out at no cost and explained that the flow switch needed to be replaced and that we could not continue to come out and reset it for free. Mr. [redacted] understood this and told our technician to give him a price over the repair of the flow switch. Our technician proceeded to call our parts department for the price and availability of the flow switch and once he got the information he needed, he went to present Mr. [redacted] with the price and as per our technician the second he got there his words were, "Mr. [redacted] the price for parts and labor......", Mr. [redacted] in a loud voice stated, " I don't care, I do not want to see anything", our technician then proceeded to explained to him, his dishwasher was working because he reset the flow switch, again,  at no cost and that  in the few weeks it will most likely trip again as it is faulty. Mr. [redacted] simply told him, " that has fine", and that was our technician que to leave.  3 weeks later Mr. [redacted] called demanding a refund for the amount of $135.00 plus tax for the initial amount of clearing out the filter of the broken glass stating that he wanted the refund because our technician never went back out with the part on the flow switch. We explained to Mr. [redacted] that we are unable to go back out with parts for a customer if a repaired is denied. We also explained that the initial work that was done on his dishwasher was 100 percent separate from the work and had to be rendered to get his dishwasher working properly. We asked Mr. [redacted] if he would like for us to order the parts so we can go out and repaired his dishwasher but. Mr [redacted] then proceeded to curse me out demanding a refund and I let him know that the best I can do is ask our owner to give him a call back. Never once did we state that this was a warranty and that it was a separate issue that had to be paid for separate from our initial repair. I then spoke with the owner of the company, she immediately called Mr. [redacted] to try to resolve this issue and before she could offer Mr [redacted] a resolution Mr. [redacted] cursed her out demanding a refund and before Mr. [redacted] hung up he yelled, "SO YOU WONT GIVE ME A REFUND, YOU WANT TO PLAY, LETS PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". After this the owner of the company tried contacting Mr. [redacted] once again and there was no answer. In few days, after the conversation Mr. [redacted] left bad reviews all over the internet knowing for a fact that the issue he is having was totally separate from the work that our technician originally rendered. Our marketing director then reached out Mr. [redacted] following these reviews to try to also offer Mr. [redacted] a resolution and was also cursed out. As Mr. [redacted] is only interested in a refund. we have researched Mr. [redacted] and we have notice that we are not the only company who has fallen victim to is bait and switch tactics. It seems that Mr. [redacted] hires companies to do work for him, learns by watching how to do it and then threatens the same companies with making noise through bad reviews just to get his money back after he has learned to resolved his issues without the need of the company any longer. If Mr. [redacted] is truly interested in resolving this issue as we have tried to explained before, we are here to serve him in getting his dishwasher repair at his request however, we are not interested in refunding Mr. [redacted]'s for labor that our technician honorably rendered that allowed his dishwasher to work 20 days after our initial visit for something that has absolutely nothing to do with our initial repair. At this point we will await for Mr. [redacted]'s response to see if there is anything repair wise we can assist him. Good Day,                      We have been trying to contact your office by phone for the last 2 weeks. Mrs. [redacted] appliance was fixed immediately after she wrote her complaint and she was very happy as per our technician....

Our efforts in getting in contact with your office have rendered no result as no one is ever available in your Dispute Resolutions office. We have contacted Mrs. [redacted] dozens of times since the completion of the repair to ask her to update this complaint and explain that we immediately made things right for her, she too has ignores our efforts and has not responded to calls, voicemails or text messages. Please help us as this issue was immediately resolved on our end. Thank you. God bless.

Every issue they said was the problem was not and I've had enough of this company. They had 3 different occasions to fix this and they wanted a fourth and I wasn't giving it to them.  Come to find all the technician was really doing was turning the power off and back on again and that would reset the unit. So every path he was going down was absolutely wrong. I even offered to give them my old dishwasher so they could see for themselves but they didn't want that. The owner and the manager of this company are total is and borderline on Criminal. Until I posted a review they didn't care whether this problem was fixed or not.
