The Coupon he has is for a 60% furnace, Not the 100k 90% furnace, He was told that when we installed his furnace, His checked bounced and we agreed to wait for cash the following days, He was hours late, in delivering the money to Our Company, Now he believes he should be
reimbursed $for something he does not have, He has the Larger furnace , not the one the coupon offers

I am rejecting this response because:***, I do not need the business to send me any money as I did not pay them any moneyI had refused to pay them on the day of this incident, and when doing so, the business owner said "OK, I'll just put a lien on your home." That is what I wanted the Revdex.com to stop him from doing. I am OK just dropping this if he will confirm there is no lien placed on my property nor will there be. Customer was explained there is no TRIP CHARGE, diagnostic is FREE- We charge 55$ a Pound for R-22, Most companies charge $per pound, He thought everything should be FREE!!

Customer called us mention the strange order we were there in hours we were addressing the issue we had to order a new part in the meantime we got there heat working two days later that he quit again by then the part was in we explain to the customer that we would be out later that day or in the
morning first thing that they were top priority they said fine in the meantime evidently did call fire department to make sure there was no danger fire department came out there was no carbon monoxide nothing of danger however we were aware of the situation need to be remedied in an expeditious fashion we did everything we possibly could we went out again to the customer's house later that day we received a text from them said forget it they had called somebody else they did not allow us the legal time as Ohio statute dictates for a contractor to come and make repairs on the work that they did then they evidently stated that they had someone else call him out who has now done work on our furnace we don't know who or what this other person is and they worked on our furnace the customer should have allowed us do what we were attempting to do and that is make the situation right

did not install any coolant or anything else.   They arrive, and they advertised there is no service call charge.   But then they wanted to charge a "trip charge".   To me, they are the same thing  and their advertising is false.All inquirers should know the fraudulent nature of this business, and Revdex.com should let them know.

I called back one time to verify the repairs And was berated, yelled at, and hung up on. That is not how a customer should be treated. I like to know what I'm spending my money on and avoid What happened on the first service call: I was invoiced for a service that not was not actually performed. Furthermore from having a different HVAC company come in and assess the situation on both the furnace and AC, they suggested that Same Day cut corners in their install of the furnace: they should have replaced the rusted exhaust vent from the previous furnace and used better quality materials to fit up the new furnace. "They did the bare minimum to get by" is what a professional told me. "I can't believe they put their sticker on the furnace advertising they were the ones that installed this". That is in the past and I'm not seeking retort for that. I'm simply requesting an apology and a refund on my service call fee. Their workmanship is costing me more money to fix after the fact and should have completed the proper way.

They had more than enough time to respond /fix this problem.  From SaturdayTo Monday morning I heard nothing from them.  The company who came out to look at this furnace called the manufacturer , phone is on speaker, explained that there is black spot all on the inside and in the tubing.  Per manufacturer this furnace was never properly converted from gas to propane and is not fixable.  Will need to replace.

Business owner stated that consumers are made aware of the three fees which may be applicable at the time the appointment is scheduled.  The service fee, aka trip fee, is what was offered as free to the consumer.  However, the business owner is willing to refund the $69.95 service fee, if this will resolve the matter.

The advertising is intentionally misleading.  It states ANY furnace installed offered at that price.The payment wasn't late.  They were aware that were coming from our JOBS in other cities to pay them, and were not obligated to settle that day.I have received my warranty information in the mail though.  I do appreciate that much.

I am rejecting this response because: it is false.  Very plainly, I reviewed the costs for this company to come to my house about the problem, with multiple people including their dispatcher.   I knew one of the remedies may be to add R22.   I have an insurance plan where I pay a $75 deductible for the service call and they pay for any other parts and labor.   If I could get the problem fixed for less than $75, I would have paid this company.   But they lied, in their advertising suggesting there was no cost for them to come to my house and tell me what the problem was.  I recall that false ad was copied and sent to the Revdex.com.   Do you really want to know how this business works, the Revdex.com should contact other AC repair people.   They charge a fee to come to your house, and then additional labor and parts fees if required.   This company advertised a free service call, but they disguised their $69.95 fee  by calling it something else, AFTER THEY ARRIVED.   It should have been disclosed upfront,  like an honest business would do,  especially WHEN THEY WERE ASKED UP FRONT.Revdex.com,  you can continue this little dialogue with me and with this business but I know it is a scam and I will not change my position on it.

The Customer was advised that there is no service call charge Fee, But there is a diagnostic FEE of 69.95.  If after we diagnose the problem, We told him what he needed for his A/C unit and that$ he was low on R-22 and needed some coolant replaced.. If you call another A/C repair man he told him the same thing and charged him $115.00 which would be the cost of the diagnostic and the Coolant he replaced.. He took our Diagnostic, and got another Company to do the , work.. As for the Limit switch, He will need to replace that switch for the unit to continue to work properly, If he decided not to do so, He will continue to have problems with this unit.  and the other guy just wanted to get in and out I'm sure after he told him what we diagnosed.  Its very simple, He wanted a quick fix, and didn't want to pay for the other repairs. this is not false advertising, We Do have a FREE SERVICE CALL. But if you want the work done after we diagnose the problem it is 69.95. plus the repair. and parts.

It was explain to the customer in great detail that due to the confinements of advertising it is impossible to list the price of every furnace of every make of every manufacturer when he inquired about the coupon prior to the installation it was explained that the coupon is 4 a 60000 BTU furnace and he was three sizes larger than that which he understood and okayed with them completed the job  this is an ongoing attempt from a bad check writer who lied to us on three separate occasions about making good on the NSF check it is an attempt again from them too undermine our company by making frivolous inaccurate statements to as many agencies as he can and he's using the Revdex.com as a pawn his own wife I can submit text to you has divorced him of any more involvement and asked us to please don't contact her because she doesn't want to be involved anymore with his shenanigans we've responded to this individual  three or four times already at the Revdex.com's request
