The Customer was advised that there is no service call charge Fee, But there is a diagnostic FEE of If after we diagnose the problem, We told him what he needed for his A/C unit and that$ he was low on R-and needed some coolant replacedIf you call another A/C repair man he told him the same thing and charged him $which would be the cost of the diagnostic and the Coolant he replacedHe took our Diagnostic, and got another Company to do the , workAs for the Limit switch, He will need to replace that switch for the unit to continue to work properly, If he decided not to do so, He will continue to have problems with this unit and the other guy just wanted to get in and out I'm sure after he told him what we diagnosed Its very simple, He wanted a quick fix, and didn't want to pay for the other repairsthis is not advertising, We Do have a FREE SERVICE CALLBut if you want the work done after we diagnose the problem it is plus the repairand parts

Spoke to this customer six different times inside of four hours explaining to him in every possible way that there is something in the low-voltage circuitry that is blowing the fuse after six conversations I suggested that he calls someone else for a second opinion after he doubted our... veracity and continually questioned our diagnosis

I am rejecting this response because: it is false Very plainly, I reviewed the costs for this company to come to my house about the problem, with multiple people including their dispatcher I knew one of the remedies may be to add R I have an insurance plan where I pay a $deductible for the service call and they pay for any other parts and labor If I could get the problem fixed for less than $75, I would have paid this company But they lied, in their advertising suggesting there was no cost for them to come to my house and tell me what the problem was I recall that ad was copied and sent to the Revdex.com Do you really want to know how this business works, the Revdex.com should contact other AC repair people They charge a fee to come to your house, and then additional labor and parts fees if required This company advertised a free service call, but they disguised their $fee by calling it something else, AFTER THEY ARRIVED It should have been disclosed upfront, like an honest business would do, especially WHEN THEY WERE ASKED UP FRONT.Revdex.com, you can continue this little dialogue with me and with this business but I know it is a scam and I will not change my position on it
