This company appears to operate or have operated under several names On *** they are "Early Christmas SALE SPECIAL" or "Cyber Week Special" I have also seen them called the "Same Day Shipping Company" and "Fun Stuff For Sale" My interaction with this company was extremely poor and I will not buy from this seller again It disappoints me that *** continues to allow them to sell on their site I am a loyal *** customer, but they seem to be clueless about what this company is doing and how they are operating Scour the *** seller reviews on this company and you will read many, many reviews written about offering items that are out of stock, failure to respond and non-compliance to *** return policy I wish I would have done my homework on this company before doing business with them Fool me once, unfortunatelyMy experience was as follows I purchased from this seller (as Cyber Week Special) on *** The item I purchased was offered at an incredible price so I immediately jumped on it The very next morning I received an email from the company stating they were out of stock on the item and that I needed to cancel my order for a refund If I didn't cancel within days, my order would be automatically cancelled I did not feel it was right I should be forced to cancel and I really wanted the item they said they had for the price they offered so I emailed the company and told them I did not wish to cancel my order and that I was willing to wait to receive the item when it came back in stock Their response was they did not have a restock date on the item and again, I should cancel my order for a refund My response back was that again I would wait Not even days later this item was available again from the very same seller Only this time the price was $more This leads me to believe the reason they wanted me to cancel was because they made an error on the price of the item and did not want to honor the deal Not that the item was out of stock and did not have a restock date Whatever the facts, I feel the company dealt with me in a dishonest mannerTheir shipping tactics were also questionable Since I didn't cancel my order, they did ship my item but would not provide a tracking number or tell me who the carrier was, even after I asked *** to intervene on my behalf My expected delivery date came and went and no product was delivered I asked *** to request a tracking number once more This time they sent one Come to find out *** was holding my package at their facility for pickup (per Cyber Week Special's orders) If no one came to pick it up in more days it would have been sent back to the company I don't understand why it wasn't delivered to my doorstep (everything I've ever bought through *** has ALWAYS been delivered to my doorstep) or why I wasn't provided carrier or tracking information from the start Again, it leads me to believe I was dealing with a dishonest company I got my item -- I had to pick it up myself and it was delivered to a distant *** location, not a *** in my area -- and after all of that it was the wrong color even -- but I got it I will not do business with this company again I do not trust them, I do not think they have good business practices and I simply cannot recommend them to anyone I wrote up a negative seller review on *** and my review mysteriously disappeared No reason was provided, no message telling me my review was removed It just vanished and I only know that because I went back and checked myself
Shady companyDO NOT do business with them Ordered an "authentic" WWE Intercontinental Belt (priced at $400, was $at the time) and what I recieved what a kid's replica belt from *** * ** ($on the invoice) Everyone who has ordered this "amazing deal" has had the same result*** refunded my order but they can't refund my disappointment If possible, I would give negative starsShame on you
