SAME swim has a very specific return/ refund policy. It specifically states it will accept exchanges for UNWASHED, UNWORN items with original tags and the hygienic liner in the bathing suits. Their return/ exchange policy is 14 days. The company must obviously account for the customer trying on the item to see if it fits. This is obvious and does not constitute ? being worn ? to any honest business. Each of these four things were followed explicitly. No tags were removed, the hygienic liner was on the suit, and the item was unworn and unwashed. I can essentially prove that this item was in my possession for no more than 48 hrs before it was immediately sent back. Plus we are all confined to our homes, so have no where to wear this anyway. This company is refusing to honor their exchange policy because the liner looks like it peeled back and was stuck back on. This is unacceptable and unfair by all means. The adhesive may have peeled a little when trying on the bathing suit, but was never worn. Their claim is simply an assumption and very wrong. This company is refusing to honor their exchange policy and I feel absolutely manipulated and cheated out of a staggering $250!!!

Exchange I am simply requesting for the company to honor their exchange policy and exchange this bathing suit for another. All exchange rules were followed and I feel the company should be held accountable for their poor return/ exchange customer service.
