Mach I have specified by writing that this company Sam Day must called me at least one hour before delivery because there are no one at the delivery addressI have to go and unlock the door and receive the merchandise Unfortunately they did not even bother to callThey just left a message to pick up that's all When I called back they said they cannot not specify the delivery time, I must wait at the new condo site from am till pm all dayI ended up go to pick it up myself at their warehouseTerrible service

[redacted] they tell you a shipment is coming, you wait at home for it, and it never shows!! They changed the date of my shipment without letting me know. I took a day off for this delivery, and they never showed. And when I called to complain, the customer service rep told me no one could help me because everyone was on holidays. [redacted]. I will never use this courier company, nor will I order something from [redacted] online again!!

Unfortunately they did not even bother to call. They just left a message to pick up that's all . When I called back they said they cannot not specify the delivery time, I must wait at the new condo site from 9 am till 6 pm all day. I ended up go to pick it up myself at their warehouse. Terrible service.
