Customer reported that they received unit of Mesomorph Watermelon instead of Units of Mesomorph Rocket Pop that was orderedWe asked the customer to provide pictures of what they received and the packaging they receive it in but our requests were un-answeredWe proceeded to verify our inventory for possible mistakes but confirmed that the correct units were shippedIn addition we confirmed the shipping weight was correct for units of Mesomorph which was also verified by our automatic scale(self calibrating) and [redacted] LabelFurthermore we didn't have any units of watermelon mesomorph at the time the customer placed their order so we are confused how the customer received unit of watermelon.We believe its possible the customer may have place another order with another website for that flavor and may have confused their order with oursWe have never stop communicating with the customer and are more than happy to rectify this sit uation

Attached is the last correspondence with SameDaySupplements.com. They did stop responding to my emails, as you can seeI have not ordered the disputed product from any other company, so there could be no confusion thereThe only information they asked for was a picture of the original shipping label which I informed them that I did not have because I did not keep the box that the order arrived inThey told me they "verified" the shipping weight, and "cross referenced their inventory"There is no way that this can be trueI received one unit of the two products I orderedThe one unit I received was the wrong flavorAlso in the package were items that I did not orderThey seemed to be promotional items (samples of other supplements, a cup with the supplement manufacture's logo, and pair of wrist straps with the company's logo)This may be where they are getting the discrepancy with their weight that they "verified" (due to the extra, non ordered items being in the box)I tried to inform them of thisThis company has made no attempt to resolve the issueAt this point I am willing to accept a refund for the one item that I did not receiveI am willing to accept the product that was the wrong flavor and accept that it is the cost of doing business with a dishonest companyThanks for reviewing this matter
