We will be contacting Mrs [redacted] to refund her the $charge

Mr [redacted] purchased a lifted truck from us on July 8th Truck was sold at a fair price and we also sold him a Ford ESP warranty and gap insuranceHis claim that the warranty is not "Legit" is completey incorrect Ford is a very reputable company that is world wide and would not have a product that is "fake or not legit" as Mr [redacted] has described At the time of the purchase the truck had 53,miles on it When he came to trade in the truck after year he had put over 23,miles more on it The average person drives around 15,per year according the national highway admin Along with depreciation and additional miles we believe we gave him a fair market value for his trade Considering when he made the transaction on July 8th he put zero money down he didn't have a trade to save on his taxes In addition Mr [redacted] has used the warranty multiple times and the warranty is still valid

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

When you purchase a new vehicle you get a bumper to bumper warranty When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle you may have remaining bumper to bumper warranty left In this customers case the vehicle he purchased had 53k miles on it There would be no more bumper to bumper warranty In this case we can offer an ESP warranty from Ford(Extended service plan) Which in fact is what the customer has His warranty is valid through 4-24-or 106,miles Which ever comes first Customer has had vehicle in shop on 8-8-16, 5-1-17, 7-6-and 7-31- All covered by his Ford ESP warranty

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, *** [redacted]

Again customer has a Ford warranty that can be used at any Ford dealership in the United states The items you mentioned would not be covered under warranty They are wear and tear items that would not be covered under any warranty Truck was in our service department 7-31-for warranty repairs All covered under customers warranty by Ford

Again this vehicle is with over 125,miles on it All the repairs we have performed do have a warranty that is backed nation wide by any Ford dealer in the nation Its clearly evident that this vehicle has other problems beyond what we have repaired It is clear this customer is not happy with the repairs we have done even though they are unrelated to the problems he is having now Again the last repair we performed we did a NO charge to the customer This repair was an unrelated oil leak Again repair was at NO cost to customer

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: They are individually owned according to Ford Motor Corporation customer service. Also I was told by [redacted]s (Service Director), after the owner told [redacted] ( SERVICE DIRECTOR) at SAMES FORD to fix my car at no cost because of them numerous times not fixing my car right, they changed housing adapter w/ gasket. It was still leaking, This was on 01/11/2017, I seen oil on ground where I was parked. So I took my car to [redacted] ON 01/12/2017 A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP where I talked with [redacted]S ( SERVICE DIRECTOR) at [redacted] DEALERSHIP, He stated we independently owned you are going to have to take your vehicle back to SAMES FORD CORPUS CHRISTI. OWNER [redacted] TO FIX MY CAR WHERE ITS NOT LEAKING FOR PROPER CUSTOMER SER VICE AND [redacted] FAILED AGAIN, AND THEY DO NOT HONOR FIXING OTHERS BECAUSE OF BEING INDEPENDENTLY OWNED SO I AM REQUESTING $3,105.49 dollars for "BREACH OF CONTRACT" Tomorrow I will mail all documents to Revdex.com.
Regards,

We will be contacting Mrs [redacted] to refund her the $125 charge.

We are reaching out to the customer and will try to resolve the problem.  Please understand we have to see the problem to be able to fix the problem.  Thanks.

[redacted] signed a contract and paid a down payment $ 1500.00 on February 27th 2015 with the intention of purchasing a 2015 Ford Fusion with 8 miles. Mrs. [redacted] then drove the 2015 Ford Fusion off the lot.  The following week [redacted] the finance institution that was lending Mrs....

[redacted] the remaining funds called Mrs. [redacted] for a routine interview. Mrs. [redacted] at that time told the bank she didn't like the car and didn't want it any longer. It was at that time the bank informed our dealership that they would not be funding the deal and the customer would return the car. We attempted to reach Mrs. [redacted] several times, she would not return our calls, when she did answer we were hung up on and after a month of repeated attempts to reach Mrs. [redacted] she finally returned the car to the dealership with over 4000 miles on the 2015 Ford Fusion. It was explained to Mrs. [redacted] at that time we would be unable to return her down payment due to the miles and wear she had put on the vehicle. She agreed and we did not charge Mrs. [redacted] the full amount of $.57 a mile ($2275.00)

Mr [redacted] purchased a lifted truck from us on July 8th 2016.  Truck was sold at a fair price and we also sold him a Ford ESP warranty and gap insurance. His claim that the warranty is not "Legit" is completey incorrect.  Ford is a very reputable company that is world wide and...

would not have a product that is "fake or not legit" as Mr [redacted] has described.  At the time of the purchase the truck had 53,000 miles on it.  When he came to trade in the truck after year he had put over 23,000 miles more on it.  The average person drives around 15,000 per year according the national highway admin.  Along with normal depreciation and additional miles we believe we gave him a fair market value for his trade.  Considering when he made the transaction on July 8th 2016 he put zero money down he didn't have a trade to save on his taxes.   In addition Mr [redacted] has used the warranty multiple times and the warranty is still valid.

When you purchase a new vehicle you get a bumper to bumper warranty.  When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle you may have remaining bumper to bumper warranty left.  In this  customers case the vehicle he purchased had 53k miles on it.  There would be no more bumper to bumper warranty.  In this case we can offer an ESP warranty from Ford(Extended service plan).  Which in fact is what the customer has.  His warranty is valid through 4-24-20 or 106,029 miles.  Which ever comes first.  Customer has had vehicle in shop on 8-8-16, 5-1-17, 7-6-17 and 7-31-17.  All covered by his Ford ESP warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:

I went and talked to a Service Manager at another Ford location about the level on my truck. He said they would no longer warranty any of the suspension parts around it, but it would not effect the warranty of any other parts. This means that other dealerships can void my illegitimate warranty on parts directly affected. This could include springs, shocks, joints, driveshafts, axle shafts, bearings, etc. So, Yes Same Ford Sold me a invalid warranty. Yes I have went to Sames and they worked on my Truck under warranty, But again, I was in Beaumont and the dealership there wouldn't wok on my truck because it was lifted. So, basically if I have to travel 45 minutes to Corpus if there is an issue and if I move which is highly likely for work, I will be 5 hours away with no VALID Warranty. Sames is on telling half truths which shows there poor demeanor and unethical behavior once more.
