Sami Hanes DVM, Animal House Calls

I contacted animal house calls because my vet recommended it to meI had surgery and I am not able to bring my pet in to her vet for her checkupAt first everything went well I spoke to a woman on the phone that made my apt for the following weekI called the day of the apt to verify the time and was told on the phone that it would be between the hours of to and they would call before I did not receive a call and when I came home at 2:i saw a car in my drivewayThey claimed that they called my phone times and it went to voice mailI did not get any missed calls so I checked my phone and thought maybe I left it on silentI was not getting service for some reasonI apologized and told the two women that I was sorry and I asked if they could still see my dog and one woman said they had another aptI said ok can I set up another apt and the other woman said I would have to call to make an apt and pay for this apt before they would schedule itShe then complained that I should have been in my house and I wasn'tShe acted like she didn't believe me that I didn't get any missed callsHer attitude was unprofessional and not necessaryThe point was already made but she wanted to rub my face in itAfter the way she responded to me I told her I would find someone else and she said "thats great" Phone issues can happen and I don't think they should give a 2-window when clearly they want you there at I would not recommend this service
