Review: mr sami laouini replaced my carpet for wood floors. he said "lifetime warranty." he must not have done the job right because he had to fix 6 months later, where he left a lot of trash. and when I called 10 months later he said he would come by, but I have never heard from him again.Desired Settlement: I emailed him saying I would pay for fixing but still no response. he did respond when I called from another number, said he would come by that day but never did. I have since had the floor fixed and if he can pay part of that, that would be amicable settlement.thank you.
