This review was sent by the spouse of paying guest, her name was not even listed, so not sure if we can catergorize her as our customer or not.We start with DESIRED SETTLEMENTIt has been settled already it is all misunderstanding from the guest, that he considered the hold amount for nights of stay as if it has been charged to their credit cardNobody can charge an even amount to any credit card for the room price, The only charge was $81.41, which was charged after the check out, then credit card company releases their left over hold amount back to the guest, and then deposit the our charge amount to our accountIn other words PURCHASE PRICE was never $300, but only $for one night of stay.They have used the room, to the maximum time they needed, stayed in that room with no complaints and no questions, changed the diapers of the babies, used the beds and the TV, used trash can under the sink and left tissue papers all over the floor and took showerThen called next day to get their money refunded because they left in the middle of the night WITHOUT coming to the front desk and without turning in the keys and without signing any folio upon check outThere was no mold on the walls, the brown stuff was the MOULDING where walls and ceiling join, they probably were not aware of this thingThe wall paper in the bathroom, gets wrinkled in every bathroom because of water and steam, but that wrinkled part was only behind the toilet tank, just above the border at the bottom, and nobody can even notice itPaper holder was not filthy, was must few rust spots there, which we cleaned next day with Magic Eraser, which is also normal, in a bathroom with steam running all the timeNo dust and no dirt found around the trim of the floor.As we stated above, under oath, that they never called the front desk and never complained about anything, and never said they would not be staying in that room and never came to check outEverything started next day, and it takes hours before the charges are placed on their credit card and credit track is run, and then bank takes another hours to release the charged amount to us, and left over back to the guestIt was complete deception, and no truth that we charged them for days, because nobody does, charges are posted only AFTER the check out, with all the incidentals includedBut guest started complaining before credit card was even charged.Guest went to police department, filed the complaint there, went to health department, filed the complaint there, then of course filed the complaint with your officeWhich all happened before a single penny was charged to their card, we just had hold of an even amount of $to charge guest upon check out of nights, if they would have stayed as they made the reservationWe did not charge them any early check out fee, even if reservation was made for nights.Completely untrue, that the ownership is not [redacted] , and they don’t even have any hotel in a foreign country, the person she was talking to completely denies awareness of any conversation of that subjectGuest should apologize for defimation of a business with inaccurate and untruthful statements where no fraud was happened during their dealings with us, it simply shows their ignorance with the process of staying in a hotel, probably that was their first time, otherwise nobody questions that and we have a houseful every day, because everyone is aware of the difference of charging the card and putting a hold on the card for certain amountThey are two different things.They have put same review in [redacted] , husband and wife separately as to hurt us as much as possible, for giving them service, shows the way they have been brought up, to inflict injuries to other fellow humans and become happy!
