Review: I went to the business to purchase a Bedroom set, I set up delivery once the delivery guys came they informed me that pieces of my set was damaged and they would replace it within 2 days its been more than a month and I have contacted the business several different times and have been given the run around. I think the business are scam artists because they already receive their payments from finance companies, I am now blocked from the website and blocked from contacting them.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my pieces from the bedroom set

Review: I ordered furniture for delivery from this company for October [redacted], 2015, which did not come until 4:30pm on October [redacted], 2015. Which was not complete or the correct furniture order. As the owner states the bed room furniture was back ordered ( which we ordered a month prior to delivery. I agreed to have a new bedroom set sent to me. On the [redacted] I was told that I would receive my loveseat by October [redacted], 2015. I have yet to receive the rest of my order and my fianc and I continue to call the company on multiple numbers but they are not picking up the phone because of caller ID. They are now avoiding us and not keeping us informed of where the rest of my furniture is located. I would like to report this company for many issues including: 1. Poor customer service2. Not delivering the whole order3. Not keeping us updated on our furniture status4. Telling me( when I finally get ahold of them) that my order will be here the next business day which I am taking time off of work to be present and loosing pay to be off from work.Desired Settlement: I would like my furniture to be delivered and if not delivered by the end of the week ( Friday, October [redacted]) I would like a refund and discount from what I have already purchased due to the inconvenience that this company has caused my fianc and myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are so unprofessional and do not live up to what they appear. Please warn others not to buy from this company.

Review: I was sold a bed and TV from this store as new, found out TV was refurbished, and possibly bed also. Called over 25 times and issue not resolved. Sofa was damaged in arrival, promised to fix it, never did.Desired Settlement: Refund for down payment on TV, receipt showing bed as new or refund. Sofa repaired like promised.
