I could pick more issues however will start with product issues. The skirt ordered from Sammero looks so much better on the web page than it does in person. It is very poor quality and really quite ugly. Also, the sizing is way off. On their size chart, it says that a medium will fit a size 10 however the actual size of a medium is about a size 4. It was nearly impossible to find out the information on how to make a return and when that information was finally found - I was told that the return window is only 15 days from date of delivery. Now, I'm stuck with an ugly skirt that cost way more than it is worth and is too small for me. Not a good company at all!
