I had a cleaning on Wednesday, October 29th Upon returning home I noticed that some things were missing from the home that had been in kitchen cabinets and from most of my bathroomsWhen I communicated this to the managers they said they were surprised to hearI let them know I was unhappy with the service and would not like to be chargedThe manager said she would discuss with the owner and call me backThe did not call me back and instead charged my card without authorizationNot only did they take my things but they charged me even though I said I was very unhappy with the serviceInstead of trying to resolve things with me they told me to call the police an report theft
Technicians were inept and seemed inexperienced had to call Chikkos to finish job, after my year delivery contract was up they charged me for a restocking fee, they claimed it was a mild winter and I didn't use all the oil they bought for me
I was transferred to a manager named Rachel who was unbelievably nasty and rude I was considering buying out my contract because I could save hundreds of dollars going elsewhere I wanted to wait and get the best buy out price I could get, and I was told it doesn't work that way and if I cancelled my automatic delivery I was in breach of contract I was only asking when my next delivery was scheduled for....It seemed I was not entitled to that information eitherRUDE! HiHo refused to work with me even though I was a customer for several years That was fine, but to be treated with such utter disrespect from an employee was totally unacceptable If I had any doubt about leaving before, Rachel has now helped me make my decision
When your contract ends with them, immediately call them and ask to stop the automatic delivery, otherwise they will charge you a price that doesn't exist.
They charged me a price that was 50 cents over the price posted on that day.
Manager is not smart - He thinks earning additional 100$ is better than loosing a customer. Smart!!

Very bad service. They broke several items in my home and showed little responsibility. Would not hire again.
