Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I do not accept the response to my complaint [redacted] is inaccurate in his reply and not truthful in the resolveAll service calls to my home were compensated as I stated in my original complaint.If he chose to no longer service my plumbing needs I should have been made aware of thatInstead, he very unprofessionally chose not to respond to my calls for his assistance in correcting his faulty workThis experience with [redacted] costed me not just monetarily but it was also very stressfulClearly [redacted] doesn't stand behind his work and I feel other consumers should be protectedI may be the only customer that took the time and energy to persue a resolution.The other industry experts that I spoke to stated that they wouldn't have treated a customer this way.So it is my right to reject this "resolution"

in regards to this customer, I did install the water heater and water softener and after a while she did call me and thought the softener was not functioning properly and I did go over a few times and look at it (unpaid service calls) and called the manufacturer and reprogrammed the softener and
after a while she determined it was still not working so I installed another one(i charged for the replacement of the softener, softener was under warranty but labor is never covered)if the water heater was leaking that was never disclosed to me by herwhether I would install the replacement heater or someone else she would still have to pay for the labor for the replacement however she way overpaid for that servicei would have only charged her $she should have checked around for better pricingthe fact that she paid what she did to have the heater replaced has nothing to do with me.people can choose to have whomever they want to take care of their plumbing or electrical or whatever needscontractors also have the right to refuse service to anyone that calls them and at this time I was not interested in servicing her future plumbing needsi do have that righti have a year career and over customer base with extremely few customer complaints, I think my track record speaks for itself

this customer is being dishonest in her statements, I was there at least two times that I didn't get paid for and I think she is being dishonest about her having to hire someone to fix something that I [allegedly] installed incorrectly.even though she is being dishonest if she can actually produce an invoice that shows for work that was redone because I allegedly did not install something correctly,[i believe she said it was around an $service call] than I will cover that service callthis is as far as I am willing to go for someone who is being dishonest in her statements
