Regards,
[redacted]Here is another public review on Ray Yogerst Plumbing LLC: Compliment DO NOT hire this plumber!!!!Ray installed a faulty water softener and a faulty water heater.I have called numerous times and he doesn't call me back. It's been months....Wanted to give a local guy my business and I trusted him SO disappointed.I paid him $1,710.20 for his "services" and I am now paying another plumber to fix the mess that Ray left me with. This review comes up when you Google Ray Yogerst Plumbing/ By this review it is safe to say I wasn't the only one of Ray's customers that had been ripped off by him. It appears Ray is not going to refund me the $600.00 it is going to take to get Ray's unprofessional work up to good quality standards. From this point on all I can do is help others out there from using Ray Yogest Plumbing and continue to post reviews on social media of my experience along with pictures of the work Ray did for me. It would have been nice for Ray to meet me in the middle and refund some money but clearly he chooses to rip people off.

Regards,
[redacted]I do not accept the response to my complaint. [redacted] is inaccurate in his reply and not truthful in the resolve. All service calls to my home were compensated as I stated in my original complaint. If he chose to no longer service my plumbing needs I should have been made aware of that. Instead, he very unprofessionally chose not to respond to my calls for his assistance in correcting his faulty work. This experience with [redacted] costed me not just monetarily but it was also very stressful. Clearly [redacted] doesn't stand behind his work and I feel other consumers should be protected. I may be the only customer that took the time and energy to persue a resolution. The other industry experts that I spoke to stated that they wouldn't have treated a customer this way.So it is my right to reject this "resolution"

there is no lie in my statement. I wish I could record every conversation I have with customers so I could protect myself when past customers make false statements about our conversations.he hired me to put the bathtub/shower faucet[fixture] in the wall and that is done. the fixtures he's referring to is the faucet trim that goes on the wall after the tile is installed.again we mutually agreed that I would only be making one trip there to do all the work, if he would be honest with you for one second he would tell you that was exactly what we agreed on, maybe he doesn't remember, again this is why I should be recording all my conversations with past customers. for the second time I will explain in detail about his toilet problem. it was determined that the toilet tank was defective and he did get another one from kohler. the simple fact that he got a replacement tank to replace the defective one proves that I did not install it incorrectly and that I am under no obligation to come back, for no compensation, and reinstall the second toilet tank. I guess he just expects me to make another trip to reinstall the tank. that is always a problem when something is installed that is defective. who pays for the technicians second trip. the manufacturer refuses to, so should the installing tech have to eat that service call, I dont think so.the only fair thing to do is for the customer to pay for the person to have to come back. the vanity does not need to be taken out and again theres no code violations performed there. there was a stud in the way on the right side and if I would have gone thru that stud and than cone out with the pipe it would have been over to the right too far. ok it might not be the prettiest work i've ever done but it certainly is functional and up to code.there is absolutely no reason to change any of the piping and certainly no reason to pull the vanity. for a plumber to go over there and install the faucet trim on the bathtub and switch out the toilet tank would take all of about 15 minutes. I don't know where hes coming up with this ridiculous fee of $600 for someone to come over and perform about 15 minutes of work.On Wed, Jan 10, 2018 at 6:59 PM, [redacted] wrote:this is in reply to a recent complaint against my company.I have been in the plumbing trade for going on 33 years, have had my own business for the last 13 years and my number one goal has been customer satisfaction. I have done business with many thousands of people in my career and if you check your records I think you will find that you can count the customers that have complained about my work on one hand.having said that I will address this past customer. I have done everything that this person has agreed to hire me to do and more. he hired me to install his tub/shower faucet, its done. he hired me to open his wall and convert the water and drain pipes from one sink to two sinks, close the wall back up and install his vanity and hook up the waters and drain pipes, its done. he hired me to install his toilet, its done. everything is done that he hired and paid me to do. after the work was done he called me and said the toilet tank was leaking so I went back , took the tank off, at my cost, and reinstalled it. also I changed out a shut off valve in the basement which was not part of our agreement and did not get paid for that. normally that would be approximately a $175 service call that I should have gotten paid for. he thought he would just add that in to my work assignment and I should do it for nothing. this is the type of person im dealing with. he called me back a few days later and said the toilet was still leaking. I told him there must be a defect on the toilet tank and he should call where he got it from or kohler and get a replacement tank, which he eventually did, but he expected me to come back and install the other tank at no cost to him. this is the type of person im dealing with here. someone who constantly wants something for nothing.if theres something wrong with a plumbing fixture that a customer provides for me to install , thats not my fault and im certainly not under any obligation to go back to the job and reinstall something and not get compensated for my time. now if its something I installed incorrectly than of course I would have to eat that service call but that is not the case here.everything ive done there is up to code and would pass any plumbing inspection.he said he was going to have his neighbor do the tiling around the tub area and he would install the faucet trim in which would take about 5 minutes. the customer and I agreed that I would get the whole job done in one trip, and if he was honest he would admit that we agreed on that and that I wasen"t planning on making another trip to install the faucet trim. in my opinion, and after you read this e-mail a couple of times, I think you will agree with me that this complaint has absolutely no merit,  buy the way I appologize for this e-mail being so late its just that i've been extremely busy taking care of my many happy customers.

Attached please find pictures of Rays work. The first two pictures show the water shut off valves that clearly show  Ray did not measure. You can see the ring that is suppose to cover the hole in the drywall can't even go flush against the wall as he didn't properly measure for the shut off valve and they overlap. Also, in Rays statement he originally admitted he was to install the shower fixtures and stated he did and that was a lie. I had to hire someone to come in and install the shower fixture and fix the leaking toilet that Ray had installed costing me a lot of money to fix his negligent work. I'm hoping Ray realizes he ripping People off with his short cuts. My next step is to hire an attorney to get reimbursed for the money Ray charged and didn't complete the work and get the plumbing shut off valves fixed to meet plumbing standards. I'm also inventing the plumbing inspector over to see Rays work and get his opinion before I take the vanity out and open the wall up again. Also, I you google Ray Yogurst Plumbing you will see complaints from other customers he ripped off. The right thing for Ray to do is make things right by reimbursing me $600.00. I will also do my part to spare others the grief by taking to social media and showing pictures of Rays work so they don't have to go through everything I'm going through.   Revdex.com:
