We house between 20 to 25 tenants from Sam Ministries at different properties. The owe us almost $70,000. They haven't paid for some tenants for months. When I send an email asking for payment no one has any courtesy to acknowledge the emails. I don't know how other landlords are coping with it. I wouldn't recommend any one accepting tenants from Sam Ministries. You can accept issues of negligence from lower level employees but not from upper management. Sam Ministries upper management has no courtesy at all. All the landlords should boycott Sam Ministries.
