I ordered two items for christmas gifts for my friends and never received them them I then messaged the site and they said that I would have to talk to DHL since they said it was delivered even though it wasn'tI would in turn not recommend getting any items from this site since there poor customer service not even offering it reship or refund my order

I ordered sweaters from this company on 11/13/to be Christmas presentsI received sweater after Christmas(wrong color), and still have not received the second sweater almost months later!!! I will never order from them again

Sammy Dress addressed all my issues with sending me the wrong items I ordered and refunded my money They were in constant contact with me via email I'm happy my ordeal with them is over

Placed an order on 9/18/they took my money right out of my accounthavent heard anything at all! nobody to call, all I got was a message back saying I can place a refund in days So I go to there site and try to find someplace that I could ask about my refundand I had to put a ticket ion to get a responsestill nothing....I dont know who the people are you got there items and love thembut obviously they must work for Sammy Dress Please do not order from them, my complaint is not the only one...I should of done my research before my purchasei learned my lesson

This website is a conplete scam! I've placed my order to Sammy Dress.com in September 11, and today is November 26, up to now I didn't receive my package yet, I've tried to call but the line is always busy and I've wrote to them many time in their website, the take many days before the answer to me and the always say to wait because the ship it my Item or to go to the Post Office to check with them and the don't provide any Tracking Number to do so, I really think this is a scam Company every one have to avoid

I placed an order with Sammy dress on the 26th of November, I paid for the express shipping, now I do understand that shipping from another country can take time, I was surprised when my tracking number said the order was submitted on the 28th. I kept checking and nothing updated, I contacted DHL who stated that the order was placed to have the item shipped but the seller had yet to fulfill the order. I tried to call the number on the website and it is always busy I attempted to contact their chat and finally got threw only to be told that I should wait longer. I should have read the reviews for this company never again will I order from them and I will be placing a stop payment threw my bank as well as filling it as a fraudulent company.

I will NEVER order anything else from this company. I ordered a jumper on August 15, 2015 from sammydress.com and did not receive any shipping information until August 25th. Before the 25th I tried looking on their website for a number to call to check the status and could not find a number to contact them on. The shipping information was wrong and I could not track the package. I finally found a number in the email with the faulty tracking info and the number was constantly busy. When I finally got an answer the person answered and hung up. This happened SEVERAL times until I got even more frustrated and just stopped calling. Today is August 31st and I still have not gotten my order, I can't track the shipping, & I can't get anyone on the phone to help. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Placed two orders the same day and money was taken immediately from my credit card. After one month not hearing anything (beside tons of spam) from the seller I asked what's going on. The response was that their "anti-fraud check for online payment" requires a copy of my driver license and credit card. After all I learned that it wasn't the only one treated that way. They operate peoples money as long as they can and return it. "Interesting" business...

I ordered 3 items from Sammy Dress, online. I ordered these 3 items December 17th, 2015 and it is now January 25th, 2016 and they have yet to send me my products. I have contacted the company and filed complaints with them THREE TIMES about this issue. They keep telling me that the product is on the way (still) and they can't/won't do anything else about it. It has been 40 days and my order still hasn't arrived, it's not going to arrive, and they've refused to refund my order even though I have my confirmation email proving I paid for my order. This business is the biggest scam ever. It is posted all over FB as a legitimate clothing website and it is the biggest rip off/ scam I've ever encountered. Do not give this company your money. You will not receive the product.

I can not make a review about their items because I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to. I ordered in September and have been going back and forth with them since Oct, still no resolve. They take quite some time to try and get back to you! The best they can say is I didn't put Insurance on my package so the best resolves are : 1) They can send me a refund of $17 (even though I paid almost $50 ) OR 2) I can pay an extra $19 to have more items shipped. I don't believe they ever really shipped the first package as I have ALWAYS ordered overseas and have NEVER had a problem receiving anything until this company and there was no real way to track the package since it was China Air. BUYER BEWARE, I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

I should've been smart and checked here before ever purchasing anything from this terrible company. I will say, that unlike some of the others, I did receive merchandse and I am I the process of getting a refund from them for the merchandise {they already refunded the so-called 'expedited' shipping that I paid, and in full, but only after threatening to contact my credit card company.

I am a large sized woman, so was looking for inexpensive 5X swimsuits online. I saw this and, after checking their size chart, in inches, ordered 3 swimsuits, to be shipped to me by expedited shipping, which was supposed to take 3-7 business days. They also said on their website that the shipping time didn't include processing time for your order, but the average order takes 3 days to process, although it could take up to 5 days to process. I was expecting my suits in that amount of time. Well, that was too bad. I finally contacted them and they assured me my order was on its way, but that it could take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to process my order and then the shipping. I then received word my order had shipped, but one of the suits was not in stock apparently {nothing on the website saying out of stock when ordered}, and they were shipping it standard shipping and the other 2 expedited. I then asked for a refund of the expedited shipping, since they weren't given permission to ship the last suit a different way.

They replied, trying to get me to accept 100 'Sammy Points' worth $2 for my 'inconvenience'. I refused, saying that wouldn't do. They then tried to offer me $3 in 'Sammy Dollars/Points' and again I refused, telling them that $3 didn't equal the $14.15 I spent for expedited shipping. I told them they could either refund my card, or I would contact the card company, and they could deal with them. I pretty much immediately got a refund for that.

Finally got my 1st 2 suits. One of them would not even pull up on me and fits my roommate, who is a 1X. The other one, which tied int he back, I could pull up, but absolutely would not fit me properly up top. I then contacted them, letting them know their sizing chart is incorrect and that when the 3rd suit finally would arrive, I would be returning it un-opened and expected a full refund. They tried to give me the runaround about that too, but I once again told them that I would contact my card company and the Revdex.com and today I got an email from [redacted] saying my refund is being processed.

I intend to start posing comments anytime I see their ad pop up on FB from now on and will NEVER do business with them again.
